REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a similar role in an IT product and/or outstaffing company, 1+ year.
• Experience with Upwork.
• Experience in writing message sequences/chains with multiple scripts and multi-channel outreach campaigns launch and analysis.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, critical-minded and able to work with minimal supervision.
• B1+ level in English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Product vision in sales.
• Experience with tools for outreach automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write message sequences/chains with multiple scripts (LinkedIn & Email).
• Launch multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Communicating with leads up to the call (with sales manager).

• Providing hypotheses for the new campaigns; campaigns' analysis, and ideas for improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a similar role in an IT company, 0.5+ years.
• Prospect base search and analysis skills, based on ICP.
• Knowledge on tools and channels for the base search, validation and data verification.
• Details-oriented, critical-minded, not afraid of monotonous, diligent work. Understanding the whole leadgen process.
• B1+ level in English.

• Experience with SaaS base collecting.
• Ability to update the tools, rules, or research logic.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, contribute to sourcing strategies, and help ensure a structured and positive recruitment process.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ year of recruitment experience in an IT company.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer stage).
• Experience using LinkedIn, job platforms, headhunting, and Boolean search to find candidates.
• Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidate pipelines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with candidates and hiring managers.
• High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.

 

Nice-to-Have:
• English level B1+ or higher.
• Experience hiring for technical roles.
