We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer with a good eye, solid rhythm, and great vibes — someone who can turn raw footage into clean, engaging content that feels modern and effortless.

What you’ll be doing:

• Editing short-form videos (around 10–15 minutes) for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Adding light motion — simple zooms, text movement, clean transitions.
• Using motion templates (we’ve got you covered) to speed things up.
• Doing light sound and color corrections when needed.
• Following scripts (when provided) and keeping the flow clear and engaging.

• Making content that looks good and feels good — nothing overly polished, just real and on-point.

What you’ll need:

• Solid experience in video editing (and some motion design skills would be awesome).
• A strong sense of pacing, flow, and visual storytelling — even with simple edits.
• Confidence with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to work independently, stay flexible, and adapt on the fly.
• Comfortable English — enough to understand briefs, follow scripts, and communicate smoothly.
