    Key Responsibilities:

    — Act as the key decision-maker and point of contact for all product-related decisions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
    — Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track;
    — Regularly review and adjust product plans based on client feedback, market insights, and team capacity to achieve the best possible outcomes

    — Establish strong relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations and progress;
    — Proactively address needs, manage potential conflicts, and maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction;
    — Present project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clarity and confidence.

     

    Requirements:

    — min 4 years of experience in BA/Product or Project Manager experience (especially working with designers);
    — Self-organization and attention to detail;
    — Product mindset: making sure the product solves a real problem;
    — Knowledge of requirements lifecycle and business analysis techniques;
    — Excellent problem-solving, research and analytical skills, analysis and synthesizing data;
    — Ability to write clear and detailed requirements for complex projects;
    — Ability to clearly break down complex requirements into actionable tasks for the team;
    — Ability to prioritize key tasks to focus on high-impact goals;
    — Ability to clearly explain and justify product and design decisions;
    — Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    — Prior leadership experience with the ability to influence change (nice to have);
    —English — Upper-intermediate or higher

     

    Nice to have:
    — Broad experience in product discovery phases;
    — Knowledge of fundamental UX/UI;
    — Experience in technical documentation development;
    — Knowledge of PM best practices.

    What are you going to do? 
    We are in the process of redesigning applications and services, at the same time there are new products under development which require their own place. You can make an important contribution to this.

     

    • Create and support our library in Figma
    • Add new functionality to already existing products
    • Refactoring old applications and making them shine in our new brand identity
    • Working in an agile team
    • Developing the design in a structured and user-friendly way to our new projects

     

    Requirements: 
    • English level: Upper — Intermediate

    • You have at least 2+ years of work experience as a UX/UI Designer with real projects
    • You have an eye for details
    • You have experience with talking in the same language as developers
    • You have a few real projects in your portfolio in which a good sense of visual design stands out
    • You know what is the difference in iOS/Android guides and know how to use it properly
    • Wireframes and user flows are the way you get everyone on the same page
    • Tools such as Figma/Sketch are familiar to you and preferably, Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
