We are entering a critical growth phase, transitioning from founder-led execution to a scalable product organization. We are looking for a Head of Product & Operations to bring order to processes across our products, coordinate multiple product teams, and lead

This role blends operations leadership with product ownership:
• Establish efficient, transparent processes across teams and product lines.
• Align existing products and ensure seamless cross-product collaboration.
• Identify opportunities and lead the development of a new product initiative for enterprise clients.

You will be a key driver of Waites’ transformation and growth, shaping both organizational processes and product innovation.

Responsibilities

Operations & Execution
• Implement transparent and efficient processes across products, teams, and managers.
• Set up a predictable delivery pipeline across hardware, software, 
• Introduce and manage KPIs and OKRs to track team performance.
• Optimize cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
• Reduce operational friction and improve coordination across product lines.

Product Innovation & Expansion
• Identify, validate, and prioritize new product opportunities.
• Lead discovery and early-stage product development from idea to prototype.
• Collaborate with existing PMs to ensure roadmap alignment and prioritization.
• Define go-to-market strategy for new product initiatives.

Strategy & Leadership
• Translate business strategy into operational and product execution models.
• Work with international teams and the founder to scale products globally.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance

Requirements

Must have
• 5+ years in Product Management, Operations, or Leadership roles.
• Experience building processes in complex product organizations.
• Experience with B2B and enterprise products.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking; data-driven decision-making.
• Experience coordinating hardware + software 
• Fluent English (daily international communication).

Nice to have
• IoT or industrial domain experience.
• Experience launching new products within an existing company.
• Experience in scale-up companies or transitioning from founder-led operations.

About the role:

We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to help us build and scale our B2B product.

You will work at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and engineering, owning the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Your focus will be on understanding customer problems, validating solutions, and delivering measurable impact.

Requirements:
 • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Proven experience working on B2B products (must-have)
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) spoken English
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in:
backlog management
writing clear product requirements
• Solid understanding of:
product discovery
Agile / Scrum processes
• Data-driven mindset

Nice to have:
• Experience with or understanding of IoT products
• Experience with SaaS products
• Familiarity with tools:
Jira / Confluence / Notion / Figma
• Experience with product analytics tools
