About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can keep things moving across teams and make sure product decisions actually turn into shipped results.

You won’t own the entire product end-to-end — hardware is developed by a US-based team — but you’ll play a key role in connecting the dots between hardware, software, and business.

This role is about alignment, execution, and good judgment: understanding trade-offs, keeping everyone on the same page, and pushing things forward without unnecessary overhead.

You’ll work напрямую with US stakeholders, so being clear, concise, and comfortable in day-to-day communication is essential.

What you’ll do:
• Own delivery and roadmap for software and product integration areas
• Work closely with the US hardware team to align on priorities, timelines, and dependencies
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward
• Identify risks early (especially around hardware dependencies) and manage them proactively
• Make pragmatic decisions and trade-offs to keep delivery on track
• Support B2B product direction and go-to-market efforts
• Improve how the team works — but only where it actually adds value

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Experience working with hardware or IoT products

• Strong English — natural, conversational, and to the point
• Ability to communicate clearly without overcomplicating things

Must-have
• 1–3 роки досвіду в test automation
• JavaScript / TypeScript

Responsibilities
• Розробка та підтримка автотестів на Playwright
• Тестування API (Playwright / інші інструменти)
• Написання тест-кейсів (BDD буде плюсом)
• Аналіз падінь тестів та їх стабілізація
• Інтеграція тестів у CI/CD
• Співпраця з розробниками та QA

Ми займаємось розробкою і виготовленням приладів для контролю стану промислового обладнання — сенсорів та модулів моніторингу вібрацій, температури та інших параметрів.

Шукаємо Embedded Firmware Engineer -а, який допоможе нам розробляти інтелектуальні пристрої нового покоління.

Основні вимоги:
• впевнене володіння C/C++
• розуміння основ цифрової та аналогової схемотехніки
• щире бажання розвиватись у вбудованих системах

Буде плюсом:
• досвід розробки для мікроконтролерів (STM32, ESP, AVR, Gecko...)
• робота у STM32CubeIDE / Keil / PlatformIO або подібних IDE
• досвід налагодження із ST-Link, JTAG, логічними аналізаторами, осцилографом
• розуміння периферії MCU: Timers, DMA, ADC, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet
• англійська — для читання та розуміння технічної документації

Обов’язки:
• проєктування архітектури ПЗ для пристроїв
• розробка та налагодження прошивок під вимоги проєкту
• тестування та подальше вдосконалення прототипів
• взаємодія з PCB-інженерами для узгодження архітектури
• підготовка технічної документації
