We provide a complete cycle of product development, from designing and manufacturing our own sensors, data modules, gateways, and our radio protocol to processing billions of incoming telemetry data, machine learning, web mapping systems, analytics systems, and mobile applications.

Our systems help customers identify equipment malfunctions long before they fail, and plan repairs or replacements without loss.

We are now looking for an experienced and visionary Team Lead Project/Product Manager to lead our PM team and oversee complex, long-term projects while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization

— Define and improve project management processes to ensure consistent delivery quality and efficiency across all teams;
— Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

— Build and refine workflows, tools, and methodologies to improve project delivery processes;
— Develop scalable processes for both project tracking and communication to handle multiple high-complexity projects effectively.

Product Management

— Act as the key decision-maker and point of contact for all product-related decisions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
— Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track;
— Regularly review and adjust product plans based on client feedback, market insights, and team capacity to achieve the best possible outcomes

— Establish strong relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations and progress;
— Proactively address needs, manage potential conflicts, and maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction;
— Present project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications:

— 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;

— Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects with measurable success cases

— English level: Advanced.

— Experience in mentoring PMs;

— Strong skills in designing, implementing, and improving workflows and processes;

— Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello);
— Ability to independently manage and deliver complex projects

— Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
