Skills:

• English level not lower than Upper-Intermediate B2 (effective written and oral communication);
• Understanding: the API testing process (using Postman, Swagger), the basics of testing theory with practical application. Experience with basic tools for testing both web and mobile applications;

• Understanding of the testing life cycle;
• Working with project documentation (User Story), planning and prioritizing testing;
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation (i.e. checklist, test cases, bug reports, etc.);

Project Overview

Greenfield implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Premium) for a wholesale distribution + manufacturing company (building materials / millwork domain).
 

Key Responsibilities

BC Functional Expertise

• Manufacturing: BOMs, production orders, routings, subcontracting, costing
• Advanced WMS: bin-level inventory, directed put-away/pick, warehouse flows, tally/variable UOM
• Sales & Pricing: multi-tier price lists, approval workflows, customer-specific pricing
• Purchasing: 3-way match, multi-currency, landed cost (ISV preferred)
• US Finance: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, 1099, FX gain/loss

Delivery Ownership

• Lead design workshops and drive decision closure
• Own data migration (templates, cleansing, test loads, validation)
• Coordinate ISVs (WMS, Avalara, landed cost, integrations)
• Deliver user training across business functions
• Maintain functional documentation (FDD)

QA (if included)

• Write scenario-based UAT test cases with expected results
• Manage BC sandbox environments and test cycles
• Bug triage (P1–P3)
• Define integration and regression test scenarios

Key Requirements

• Experience in BC implementations (Manufacturing + WMS essential)
• Strong in workshop facilitation and structured delivery
• Comfortable with greenfield ambiguity and multiple parallel decisions

We are expanding our Microsoft Business Applications team due to the growth of existing projects and the launch of new Dynamics 365 Power Platform implementations.

Requirements:

• B1–B2 English (Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate);
• At least 3+ years of commercial experience developing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform;
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including both Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps;
• Solid experience with Power Automate for developing complex cloud flows, workflow automation, and system integrations;
• Experience working with the Power Platform Admin Center, including environment management, security configuration, solution deployment, and platform administration;

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) Developer who is passionate about building scalable cloud-based Business Central solutions. You'll work on complex ERP customizations, integrations, pricing, warehouse, and manufacturing functionality.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Business Central extensions, designing custom functionality based on Functional and Technical Design Documents (FDD/TDD), implementing integrations with external systems, participating in solution architecture discussions, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and cloud-ready AL code.

Requirements:

• B2+ English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• At least 3+ years of commercial experience developing AL extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or significant Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AL experience with transition to Business Central SaaS);
• Experience with multi-app per-tenant extension architecture, AppSource-ready solutions, cloud-ready development, and event-driven design;
• Strong understanding of Business Central posting transaction model, including proper use of event subscribers without modifying the Base Application;
• Experience designing normalized custom tables and table extensions based on functional specifications, including date-ranged and matrix-driven lookup structures;
• Experience working with Business Central Sales Price List engine and pricing event pipeline, preferably including factor-based or matrix-based pricing models;
• Experience with Advanced Warehouse Management, including bins, directed put-away, picks, and Zebra/mobile scanner customization;
• Experience developing outbound and inbound REST API integrations in AL, including API client codeunits and webhook receivers without Azure Logic Apps or Service Bus;
• Experience performing high-volume data migrations, including validation, commit batching, and error handling;
• Good understanding of BOM and manufacturing concepts, including production orders, work centers, and subcontracting;
• Ability to work effectively with detailed Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD), identifying risks and gaps when necessary;
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and experience working in a documentation-driven development environment.

Good to have:

• Experience implementing Business Central solutions for distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing companies;
• Experience working with US import/customs compliance data, including HTS codes, Section 301, and landed cost allocation;
• Experience integrating Business Central with Samsara or similar ELD/fleet management platforms;
• Experience with Power BI, OData APIs, and reporting solutions built on top of Business Central.
