You’ll work closely with artists, game designers, developers, and producers to create dynamic, polished, and performance-optimized animations that enhance gameplay and player engagement.

The ideal candidate understands the slot game production pipeline, has strong expertise in Spine, and can turn static game assets into compelling, production-ready animations.

🎬 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with designers, artists, developers, and producers to define and maintain the animation style and visual quality of slot games.
• Create high-quality animations for symbols, characters, backgrounds, UI elements, logos, game features, and promotional materials.
• Bring static 2D assets to life through smooth, dynamic, and engaging animation.
• Prepare, organize, and optimize animation assets for seamless game integration and performance.
• Ensure animations meet visual, technical, and performance requirements across different platforms.

👤 Who You Are

• 2+ years of professional experience as an Animator, preferably in iGaming, slot games, mobile games, or game development.
• Strong expertise in Spine and a solid understanding of 2D game animation principles.
• Strong understanding of the slot game animation pipeline and production process.
• Ability to create smooth, polished, and visually engaging animations optimized specifically for gameplay.
• Understanding of timing, transitions, anticipation, secondary motion, and other animation principles.
• Experience working with existing 2D assets and adapting animation to established art styles.

Dream Play is looking for a Product Owner to help shape strong gaming products, lead them from concept to release, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of iGaming and slot products, is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapts quickly to change, and communicates confidently with the CEO and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and game roadmap;
• Initiate ideas and directions for new games, define key mechanics and product positioning, and develop concepts in detail together with the Game Designer;
• Create GDDs and define requirements for Math, Art, Animation, and Development teams;
• Work with game mathematics, including RTP, volatility, hit rate, bonus frequency, Max Win, jackpots, and RTP breakdown;
• Prioritize the backlog and define tasks, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria;
• Coordinate the full production cycle of multiple games simultaneously;
• Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure the visual direction aligns with the overall product vision;
