We are looking for a Junior С++ Developer to manage the software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release. Responsibilities:

• Determining application functions and building objectives with the team.
• Ensuring that written code falls in line with the project objectives.
• Problem solving with other team members in the project.
• Identifying and resolving immediate and potential issues with applications.
• Participating in group meetings to discuss projects and objectives.
• Meeting deadlines on fast-paced deliverables.

Qualification and skill set:

• 1,5+ years of experience in C++ software code, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software and hardware compatibility and operability issues
• Use data structures, software engineering, OOD, C++ programming techniques and algorithms to write, debug and test code
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix platforms and experience in software development for these platforms
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with CI/CD and Docker containerization.
• Experience working with frameworks and automated testing instruments (GTest, Pytest).
• Understanding of processes and methodologies of agile software development.
• English Intermediate level and above.

It would be a plus:

• Awareness of C++17/20, Boost
• Familiarity with libwebsockets (libwebsockets.org)
• Knowledge of QEMU
• Experience in development for embedded Linux platforms
• Degree in computer science, coding, or a related field

We’re looking for a creative, structured, and proactive Brand Specialist to strengthen VITech’s voice on the market. You will shape how we communicate our culture, values, expertise, and people externally. Your work will directly influence how candidates, employees, and industry peers perceive VITech.

Your responsibilities will include

• Build and maintain a consistent brand across all communication channels.
• Develop and execute brand and SMM strategies that enhance VITech’s visibility, reputation, and talent attraction.
• Prepare content calendars, craft engaging posts for VITech’s social media channels, and analyze performance to optimize communication.
• Support external brand communication through webinars, online events, media collaborations, and PR activities.
• Tell meaningful stories using different formats — video, photo, interviews, texts, and visual storytelling.
• Coordinate and produce visual content: photography, event recaps, short videos, employee stories, etc.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency and create visuals in Figma when needed.
• Maintain a consistent, aesthetic visual approach across all formats.

We’re looking for someone who has

• 2+ years of experience in branding, communications, SMM, or content marketing in IT.
• Skills in visual communication: graphic design & video editing.
• Excellent storytelling abilities — you know how to turn information into engaging narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain communication quality across all formats.
• Strong self-organization, ability to plan, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Creative mindset and aesthetic taste — you care about style, visuals, and emotional impact.
• Flexibility, openness to feedback, and willingness to experiment.
