    🔧 Technology Stack

    Our current backend setup includes:

    • Python as the main programming language;
    • Google Cloud as our infrastructure provider;
    • Pulumi as an infrastructure-as-code tool;
    • Docker for … well, you know it.

    Experience with or a strong curiosity about AI pipelines (especially how inference services are built, scaled and monitored) is the key.

    🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

    • Strategic Problem Solving: Approach backend initiatives from concept to execution with speed, quality, and clarity. Write technical proposals and brainstorm solutions with other team members.
    • Architecture & Ownership: Design and implement the architecture of the Verba backend services to support high-performance, scalable pipelines.
    • Deployment & Monitoring: Keep our CI/CD pipelines up to date, optimize cloud costs and ensure observability so that we always know how our services behave in production.
    • Coaching & Collaboration: Mentor team members, contribute to our internal tools and documentation, and help us shape our engineering culture.

    • Proven experience designing and shipping production-grade backend services.

    🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

     

    • Own the UA strategy — design and execute a B2C product-led user acquisition strategy for Google & Meta Ads that meets strict unit economics (CAC < LTV, ROAS > 100%).
    • Build analytics foundations — collaborate with devs to integrate data from Amplitude, RevenueCat, GA4, and AppsFlyer into actionable dashboards.
    • Run and optimize campaigns — set up, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Google  Ads for Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
    • Track what matters — monitor budget pacing, DAU, MAU, ARPPU, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ROI across all channels.
    • Brief and test creatives — create clear briefs for ad assets, analyze creative performance (hook rate, CPM, ERR), and iterate to improve results.
       

    🧬 Who You Are

     

    You’re a performance-first marketer who’s obsessed with numbers, thrives in high-growth environments, and understands that paid growth is a science and an art. You have:

    • 2+ years experience managing Google Ads — from account setup to scaling budgets.
    • Proven track record scaling budgets from $0 to $50K/month while maintaining positive unit economics.
    • Strong data-driven decision-making skills — comfortable digging into large datasets and making calls based on evidence.
    • Experience with Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
    • Proven experience in B2C marketing and scaling mobile apps is essential for this role 😊
    • A structured, creative approach to problem-solving and hypothesis testing.
