We are Vbet Ukraine — a bookmaker and gambling operator, the official representative of the VBET brand, which has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2020.
 

VBET Ukraine was the first company in the country to obtain all three licenses for online gambling operations from the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine.
 

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Middle Affiliate Manager to join our amazing team. If you live and breathe affiliate marketing, understand the gaming industry, and want to make a real impact on the development of the exciting Ukrainian market, this could be your perfect next step!

You're a good fit for us if:

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, working with affiliate networks and webmasters
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models: CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
• Experience in analyzing traffic and key performance metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, LTV)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Areas of responsibility:

• Identify, onboard, and develop new partners (webmasters, teams, affiliate networks)
• Manage and scale existing partners
• Monitor traffic quality and volumes
• Optimize campaigns and improve performance (ROI)
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms (rates, payment models)
• Monitor market trends and competitors
• Ensure fraud prevention and compliance control

Will be a plus:

• Own database of partners/webmasters in the Ukrainian market
• Experience working with iGaming products
