As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team, developing people, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful product delivery. This role combines people management, strategic planning, and hands-on technical involvement in key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 1-3 cross-functional squads (5–15 engineers).
• Define and communicate architectural vision and technical roadmap.
• Align priorities with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular 1:1, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Promote engineering best practices(code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Participate in architecture design sessions, system optimization, and technology evaluations.
• Oversee solution design for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Guide teams on microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of engineers.
• Track delivery metrics and resolve blockers.
  
  Requirements
• 5+ years in software development and 2+ years as Team Lead/EM/Tech Lead.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in product or service companies.
• Architecture expertise: designing distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms(AWS / Azure / GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.

• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Requirements:
- 1 year of commercial experience as a React Developer; 
- experience with Node.js;
- B1 level of spoken English (at least);
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript it is a must;
