We need you to have: 🎯

• High attention to detail and desire to build things right;
• Excellent communication skills;
• English should be at least B2 (C1 preferred);
• You have 4+ years of commercial automation QA / TDD experience;
• SOLID programming experience;
• Strong experience with e2e, unit tests, playwright or puppeteer;
• Experience with jest/mocha/jasmine/karma (jest is preferred);
• Strong experience with Typescript, good knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar;

What would be a huge plus: ✨

• C1/C2 English;
• Experience of building/bootstrapping your own side projects (please share links);
• Experience with full-stack engineering (React, Node.js, Python)
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP);
• Experience with AI toolset (LangChain, LlamaIndex);
• Located in Eastern Europe (Ukraine/Poland/similar);

Our team is on the lookout for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead, who will be able to take over the quality control of several products our company is building. We expect the individual in this position to demonstrate strong leadership skills, possess an independent and proactive mindset, and establish a systematic approach to ensure the team consistently delivers excellent results.

Your responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining Q/A processes in the team;
• Defining and adopting standardization in the testing processes, creation (and maintenance) of the necessary documentation;
• Development and optimization of testing routines, cases, and regression scenarios;
• Manual testing of new product features and releases, with potential for automation;
• Detecting, documenting, and resolving bugs and issues;
• Continuous integration of Q/A into SDLC (collaboration with engineers, designers, and management);

What we expect from you: 

• Excellent communication skills;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Q/A, including at least 1 year as a lead;
• B2+ English (C1 preferred);
• B.Sc. in CS or an adjacent degree;
• Experience in building and optimizing Q/A processes;
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC;
• Experience working with Jira/Trello, Qase, Testiny;
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, or similar;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git);
