This is a part time work. Sometimes calls might be with shifted schedule, sometimes between 6 to 8 pm Ukraine time. 

We’re looking for a creative, open-minded, and proactive content creator with a passion for short-form video and memes to join our marketing team on a part-time basis.
If you're quick with trends, sharp with humor, and love turning ideas into scroll-stopping videos and memes — this role is for you.

We’re a close-knit team and want someone who’s actively involved, communicative, and excited to bring bold, fun, and strategic ideas to the table.

🛠 What you’ll do:

• Create short-form videos for:
  • LinkedIn (professional yet engaging tone)
  • Website articles and product pages (explainer-style or visual storytelling)
  • Product-related content (demos, promos, updates)
• Produce meme-style content using current formats, trends, and sounds
• Support our SMM specialist with daily video and creative content needs
• Repurpose raw footage or existing assets into fresh, platform-optimized videos
• Propose original content ideas — from memes to motion pieces
• Respond quickly to trends or timely topics when needed

🧩 How we work:

• We use task tracking tools and team chats to collaborate
• Most things are planned ahead, but occasional urgent tasks pop up
• This is a part-time role, but we’re looking for someone consistent, fast, and plugged into the work
• Some calls may happen between 6:00–8:00 PM Ukraine time

✅ What we’re looking for:

• A portfolio or social examples showing short-form videos and memes
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar
• Confident in editing, adding captions, transitions, sound, and effects
• Up-to-date with meme culture, video trends, and internet humor
• Great communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Proactive and confident in suggesting creative directions

If you're passionate about visual storytelling, love working in a collaborative environment, and have the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table — this role is for you.

We're a close-knit team and want someone who’s actively involved, communicative, and ready to contribute ideas.

🛠 What you’ll do:

• Create custom illustrations and graphics for:
  • Website articles and blog posts
  • LinkedIn content and thought leadership pieces
  • Email newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with our SMM specialist, supporting her daily with visuals for social media and other content
• Translate briefs and ideas into engaging, on-brand visuals
• Propose creative directions and suggest visual solutions — we value initiative!
• Contribute to etch-style, narrative, or editorial-style illustrations
• Support occasional quick-turnaround tasks when needed

🧩 How we work:

• We use task tracking tools and team chats to stay in sync
• We plan most things in advance, but sometimes urgent tasks do come up
• This is a part-time role, but we’re looking for someone responsive and involved
• Some calls may be scheduled between 6:00–8:00 PM Ukraine time

✅ What we’re looking for:

• A strong portfolio showcasing illustration and content design work
• Experience working in social or marketing projects
• Strong design fundamentals: storytelling, hierarchy, composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
• A proactive mindset, not afraid to suggest new ideas or challenge the brief
• A people person – someone who’s comfortable communicating, sharing feedback, and being part of the team

💡 Nice to have:

• Basic video editing (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects)
• Motion graphics or simple animations
• Meme-making skills and sense of humor 😄
• Awareness of social media trends and visual culture
