About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the preparation, coordination, and management of agreements and related documentation.

This is a full-time remote position requiring complete alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with documents, has strong attention to detail, and can carefully follow established templates, processes, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft agreements based on approved templates
• Update client, partner, location, and other relevant information in agreements
• Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and consistency
• Coordinate agreement edits, comments, and updates with the internal team
• Prepare final versions of agreements for signature via DocuSign or email
• Organize and maintain agreement files and records
• Keep track of document versions and ensure the correct versions are shared for review and signature
• Provide general administrative and documentation support as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Ability to follow templates, processes, and instructions carefully
• Ability to manage multiple documents and requests simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Previous experience working with contracts, agreements, or administrative or legal documentation is a plus

Sales Manager

Remote | US Market | 100% Commission | 10% per Closed Deal | Unlimited Earning Potential

We are looking for a Sales Executive to sell premium sponsorship and media packages to companies and brands in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with cold outreach, knows how to reach decision-makers, and can close B2B deals.

What you’ll do

• Research and find potential clients in the US market 
• Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone 
• Connect with CEOs, Founders, CMOs, business owners, and other decision-makers 
• Identify client needs and marketing goals 
• Present and sell sponsorship and media packages 
• Handle negotiations and objections 
• Follow up with leads and close deals 
• Manage client activity in a CRM 
• Meet individual sales targets

Who we’re looking for

We need a true sales professional — not just a lead generator.

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience 
• Experience with cold outreach and outbound sales 
• Strong spoken and written English (C1) 
• Confident communication and negotiation skills 
• Experience selling products or services 
• Ability to handle objections and close deals 
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented 
• Comfortable working with US-based clients 

• Experience selling higher-ticket products or services is a plus 

   

Bonus: Experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, advertising, events, PR, marketing, or other B2B services.

💰 Compensation

10% commission on every successfully closed and paid deal.

Examples:

$5,000 deal → $500 commission
$10,000 deal → $1,000 commission
$20,000 deal → $2,000 commission

There is no fixed salary — unlimited earning potential.

🌎 Market: US (Must be available to work full-time, fully aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours)
🏠 Work: Fully remote
