    3. Обробка оплачених замовлень і виконання повного циклу надання послуг клієнтам (замовлення сервера у партнера, встановлення ОС, конфігурація згідно з вимогами (за необхідності), внесення послуги до білінг системи, надсилання деталей доступу).
    4. Налаштування та підтримка серверів на основі запитів клієнтів
    5. Підтримка та розвиток внутрішньої інфраструктури: забезпечення безпеки та високої доступності (включаючи моніторинг сервісів проекту)
    6. Наповнення бази знань технічними статтями.

     

    Work Schedule

    9.00 - 21.00; 21.00 - 9.00 / 2 вихідних (день / ніч / 48). Робочі дні можуть випадати на святкові вихідні.

     

    Qualifications

    1. Встановлення ОС (Linux, Windows), необхідного ПО, конфігурування служб та сервісів, включаючи мережеві налаштування.
    2. Адміністрування:
    • веб-серверів (apache/nginx/varnish), оптимізація продуктивності;
    • поштових серверів (Postfix/Exim), налаштування безпеки та захисту;
    • серверів баз даних MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, з резервуванням і відновленням даних.
    • знання мережевих протоколів, їх стеків (TCP/IP, UDP) та основ маршрутизації;
    • написання скриптів для автоматизації дій;

    3. Англійська рівня Pre-Intermediate або вище.

     

    Desired qualities:

    • керування дисковими масивами (software/hardware), налаштування RAID;
    • досвід роботи з системами віртуалізації Esxi/KVM, створення і управління віртуальними машинами;
    • налаштування серверів імен (DNS), моніторинг і безпека.
    • моніторинг сервісів компанії та клієнтів (Nagios/Zabbix) 
    • досвід роботи з cPanel/Plesk/HestiaCP/CWP;
