As the HR at UnderDefense, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving our growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will partner with the CEO to scale the company by building a team of inspired, motivated and skilled professionals.

What you can do for us:

• Act as a trusted advisor for leadership team and managers on people-related decisions.
• Identify organizational, team and retention risks before they become business problems.
• Drive employee retention initiatives focused on top performers and critical talent.
• Lead difficult conversations, conflict resolution and performance management cases.
• Partner with managers to address low performance and support organizational changes.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance.
• Challenge managers and employees when needed to protect business interests and long-term company success.
• Analyze employee feedback, engagement and turnover trends, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support organizational scaling, restructuring and change management initiatives.
• Develop practical HR processes that help the business move faster, not create bureaucracy.
• Own and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.

• Conduct onboarding and exit interviews, identify patterns and provide recommendations to leadership.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience handling employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management cases.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong business mindset and ability to balance employee needs with company objectives.
• Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• High resilience and emotional maturity

Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT security and compliance
• Extensive, practice-based knowledge of security management frameworks, such as ISO 27k series, GDPR, SOC2 etc.;
• Proven track record of IT security audits/projects implementation
• Ability to develop information security policies, setup ISMS and guidelines, implement CIS20 and derive security requirements from them;
• Understanding access modelling. Ability to develop access models and assess them. Understanding of segregation of duties
• Experience in IAM & SSO solutions. Understanding of purpose and approaches of IAM. Knowledge of key tasks: identify, authenticate, and authorize
• Good knowledge of risk management, its purpose, and approaches. Ability to evaluate risks and create a risks management plan
• Understanding OWASP Top 10. Ability to describe vulnerabilities, ways of exploitations, and fix methods
• Understanding and implemented of vulnerability & patch management. Knowledge in vulnerability scanners. Ability to validate scan results and provide recommendations
• Ability to develop and conduct security trainings and workshops
• Good level of professional English
• Good communication skills, responsible, initiative, self-organized, eager to learn
• Experience in Secure SDLC or AWS Security would be a plus
   

Responsibilities:

• Conduct security audits and consulting projects,  create an action plan & practical roadmap based on the audit results
• Develop and enhance an information security management framework to ensure business sustainability
• Build and maintain compliance guidelines. Create policies and standards for IT security and compliance
• Conduct general IT security awareness training for the company staff
• Evaluate and manage corporate risks related to IT security
• Build and maintain application-specific threat models, explicitly apply security principles to design
• Participate in the corporate certification and compliance activities
• Design and implement security architecture and detailed cybersecurity designs together with IT and software development departments
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
• Cooperation with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Delivery and Clients for all security-related topics (audits, contractual compliance, reviews, risk assessments, etc.)
• Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats

Requirements:
 

• Understanding of both cybersecurity and managed IT services, and their application in solving challenges for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise businesses.
• Experience in working with IT product company in Account Manager role.
• Experience working cross-functionally with an account team, providing account management and support to assigned projects and service teams.
• Proven track record of customer retention and upsells.
• Skilled in conducting discovery calls and demos that effectively diagnose prospects’ pains and problems.
• Proven ability to lead all aspects of a technology sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, developing, and winning net-new territories and accounts.
• Proven skills in forecasting, pipeline development, reporting, and key performance metric development.

Responsibilities:
The main focus for Customer Success Manager within the company is paid to Customer Engagement, Customer Expansion and Retention. Thus, effective candidates are responsible for:
 

• Understanding customer business goals and providing security solutions that align with their requirements.
• Developing strong customer relationships and gaining insights into customer initiatives, key decision-makers, and business processes to effectively communicate how our products/services contribute to their overall goals.
• Identifying and escalating at-risk customer situations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively achieving sales and revenue targets by maintaining existing customer revenue and introducing new services from our product/solution portfolio.
• Conducting bill reviews when needed to ensure customer understanding of invoicing.
• Exceeding assigned quotas through exceptional relationship building and top-tier customer service.
• Prospecting for new business and expanding our customer network through referrals and effective collaboration with marketing and account teams.
• Closing new accounts and cross-selling additional products and solutions to existing assigned accounts.
• Leveraging cross-functional resources, including Sales Development Reps, Account Managers, Marketing, Delivery teams, to achieve success.
