We’re looking for an Account Executive who loves winning complex deals, building trusted relationships with customers, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

If you enjoy consultative selling, solving real business challenges, working with senior decision-makers, and consistently outperforming your targets, this role will give you space to do exactly that.

You’ll work across multiple international markets, manage opportunities from first conversation to signature, and collaborate with strong Marketing, SDR, and technical teams throughout the sales process.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer conversations from discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Work with qualified inbound opportunities and develop strategic opportunities within your assigned market and account focus.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT leaders, security professionals, and business executives.
• Understand customer challenges and translate them into clear business value through UnderDefense solutions.
• Run discovery calls, product conversations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Cybersecurity Experts, SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to win complex opportunities.
• Develop account strategies that help expand our presence in priority markets.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasting.

• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

   

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Has experience selling complex solutions rather than transactional products.
• Can confidently engage with decision makers—from IT Managers to CISOs and business executives.
• Understands modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, Value Selling, or similar).
• Uses AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Enjoys building pipeline instead of waiting for leads.
• Thinks like an owner and takes responsibility for results.
• Has excellent English communication skills.

UnderDefense, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic to websites in highly competitive niches, particularly in the US market. Experience with B2B and SaaS companies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify and target relevant search terms
• Analyze competitors’ SEO performance, content, and backlink profiles
• Create technical assignments for the content team and drive the content strategy to increase targeted organic traffic
• Build and optimize landing pages for organic acquisition and conversion
• Manage link-building activity and oversee the link-building team
• Monitor website performance and conduct regular technical health checks
• Track and report on results using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Bing Webmaster Tools
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven record of significant organic traffic growth with corresponding increase in leads with a clear understanding of tactics and activities that led to such results.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic in highly competitive niches
• Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console (GSC), GA4, and Bing Webmaster Tools
• Experience with B2B and SaaS companies is a plus
• Experience with link-building
• Experience creating technical assignments for content teams
• Experience with competitor analysis
• Experience with keyword research and analysis
• Experience building landing pages
• English level B2+
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Experience with Screaming Frog, Peec AI
• Experience with Looker Studio (or similar) for reporting/dashboards
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
