● Collaborate closely with senior support leads to refine workflows, templates, and FAQs
● Track key metrics (response time, CSAT) and share insights with the team
● Spot patterns in feedback and flag opportunities to improve our products, policies, or processes

What You Bring
● A genuine desire to help people and represent a mission-driven brand with empathy
● Strong written English and fluent Russian
● Basic familiarity with customer-service tools (email, chat widgets, perhaps Zendesk or similar)
● Solid organizational habits: you keep to-dos, follow checklists, and enjoy a good SOP

You understand that great TikTok content isn’t just about luck — it’s about storytelling, timing, and creating something people have to watch to the end.

You can turn brand messages into entertaining, shareable, and scroll-stopping videos — and you know how to do it consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and own our TikTok growth strategy — from concept to execution
• Create original short-form videos that blend trends with our brand voice
• Monitor TikTok trends daily and adapt them creatively for our audience
• Shoot, edit, and publish content directly within the app or using editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Collaborate with UGC creators and influencers to expand reach and authenticity
• Track performance, analyze data, and tweak strategies for maximum impact
• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and influencer teams to ensure brand alignment
• Experiment with new content formats, challenges, and interactive ideas to boost engagement

What You Bring

• Proven track record of growing TikTok accounts with strong engagement
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm behavior
• Video editing skills and confidence in creating content independently
• Creative mindset with the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable being on camera (or directing talent who is)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or paid campaign optimization

• Comfort working with U.S. time zones (Pacific hours)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing team! You’ll work in our Influencer Marketing team with other talented managers to bring creative campaigns to life and build meaningful relationships with influencers. If you’re a team player who loves turning ideas into action and making an impact, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Management:
  • Search for, select, and negotiate with influencers on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor and respond to collaboration requests from influencers to ensure seamless communication.
• Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate product shipments to influencers, ensuring timely delivery for campaigns.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the content, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive and engaging messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with Tier 1 influencers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships effectively.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in English (Upper Intermediate or higher) for seamless international communication.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other social platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large volumes of information, draw insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team player
• Tools: Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like Upfluence, Insense, Aspire, or similar is a plus.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Head of Design — a creative leader who can shape and oversee our entire visual universe. From brand identity to packaging, from digital touchpoints to campaign art direction — you’ll define what “True” looks and feels like across every channel and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and evolve the brand’s overall design direction across product, packaging, digital, retail, and campaigns.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary design team (in-house and freelance).
• Translate brand values into consistent visual language across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align creative with business goals.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio spanning multiple disciplines: brand, packaging, digital, print, and campaign work.
• Ability to think strategically about brand positioning and creative direction.

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; bonus if you’re comfortable with Figma, 3D tools, or motion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Project Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Oversee project workflows across operations, e-commerce, and marketing.
• Distribute tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, processes, and SOPs in Notion.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Report on progress and key issues to leadership, ensuring transparency.
• Foster alignment between cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, logistics, e-commerce).

What You Bring

• 4+ years of project management experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer products (wellness, supplements, food, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with task/project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).

• Handle administrative tasks and maintain documentation.
• Support internal communication across teams.
• Keep calendars, reminders, and to-do lists up to date.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as an assistant, coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Confidence working with modern communication tools (Google Workspace, messengers, online scheduling tools, etc.).
• Russian — fluent (spoken & written).
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Availability to work on LA time (8am–7pm PDT), with flexibility to stay connected outside hours if needed.
• Personal qualities: proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, able to keep focus and support processes without constant supervision.
