As the complexity of both our product and customer base grows, we need a versatile Analyst who can own customer requirements end‑to‑end while safeguarding platform compliance and data‑driven insights. You will be the connective tissue between customers, engineering, data science and compliance teams, ensuring that every release delights users and satisfies regulators.

What you’ll do

Core responsibility

• Analyse & document customer and internal requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specifications, and maintain our public product documentation (knowledge base, API docs, release notes).
• Design, build & maintain reporting dashboards surfacing actionable insights to customers.
• Own compliance & audits: keep the platform aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11; prepare evidence packs, manage risk registers, and host customer/vendor qualification audits.
• Facilitate customer success: lead weekly customer meetings, triage new requests, and maintain a transparent priority backlog aligned with customer value.

Must‑have qualifications

• Language proficiency: near‑fluent English (C1/C2). German or French at B1+ is a strong plus.
• Data & analytics: 3 + years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau or Superset, strong SQL, data modelling and ETL know‑how.
• AI productivity: demonstrable expertise using Gen‑AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to automate analysis, documentation and project workflows.
• Domain expertise: solid understanding of clinical research operations; prior work in pharma, biotech, healthcare, CRO or eClinical SaaS.
• Compliance acumen: working knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and practical experience maintaining controls and evidence.
• Project delivery: 3 + years managing cross‑functional software projects (Agile/Scrum or hybrid); confident with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Mobility: ability to travel within the EU for onsite workshops, audits and conferences (≈ up to 6 trips per year).
• Draft exemption (for Ukraine‑based only): candidates residing in Ukraine must provide proof of exemption from military draft.

Nice‑to‑have

• Certification: PMP, PMI‑ACP, PSM II/III or equivalent.
• Advanced data stack: dbt, Python/R for analytics, Modern BI (e.g., Metabase, Looker).
• Experience integrating LLM/AI features into SaaS products.

Business Development Representative

(Clinical AI Platform)

Role purpose

Help Trialize expand its enterprise customer base across Europe. You will combine deep life-science knowledge with AI-driven outreach to identify, nurture and close high-value opportunities for our clinical-AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify pipeline – Research target accounts, craft personalised multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) using Gen-AI, and secure qualified meetings.
• Map stakeholders & run discovery – Engage clinical, data and procurement leads to uncover pain points, position Trialize’s value and shape use-cases.
• Leverage AI for efficiency – Use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and a modern sales stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.) to automate prospect research, outreach and meeting prep.
• Represent Trialize at industry events – Attend and speak at conferences, webinars and on-site customer visits across the EU (≈ 30–40 travel days per year).
• Handoff & reporting – Log activities in CRM, collaborate with Account Executives on proposals, and track KPIs (SQLs, meetings booked, pipeline value).

Must-have qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+); French or German at B2+ is highly desirable.
• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life-sciences or biomedical engineering.
• 2+ years selling or consulting in biotech, pharma, CRO or eClinical SaaS.
• Solid grasp of the clinical-trial process and eClinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, RTSM, eCOA, etc.).
• Daily power-user of Gen-AI tools to boost speed and personalisation.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline / revenue goals in enterprise accounts; self-driven, creative and highly autonomous.
• Based in Eastern / Central EU with ability to travel throughout the EU.

Nice-to-have

• Existing network of decision-makers in pharma, biotech or CROs.
• Experience closing SaaS deals above €50 k ARR.
• Familiarity with GxP, ISO 13485 or ISO 27001 requirements.

Role overview

We are looking for a AI Platform Engineer who can design, build and operate the next generation of our LLM-powered infrastructure.

Must-have experience

• Proven success with MCP, A2A and LoRA (or other parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods) in production.
• Demonstrably fast thinker / fast maker – you can prototype, benchmark and ship in days.
• Pro-level coding in Python or TypeScript / JavaScript, including test automation and CI/CD.
• Expertise in graph databases (schema design, Cypher/Gremlin, sharding, backup, HA).
• Deep knowledge of async messaging patterns with Kafka, gRPC or tRPC.
