    We’re looking for a talented Compliance Manager to become a member of our team.

    📍 Location: Czech Republic (On-site job in Prague office).

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor active campaigns on agency accounts in Facebook and TikTok daily to identify potential violations.
    • Respond to external client inquiries regarding offers and ad copy compliance.
    • Moderate and pre-moderate creatives and offers from external clients on agency accounts, providing guidance in chat support.
    • Identify reasons for account bans and provide recommendations to prevent future bans.
    • Develop compliance documents and guidelines for external clients based on platform policies.

     

    Requirements:

    • English — upper intermediate and higher.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Willingness to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
    • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
    • Experience in law and compliance is a plus.

    We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to become a member of our engineering team. You’ll define high standards of software quality, and become proactive in making all technical decisions. You may also understand the business needs and find the best solution to meet the requirements. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Development and support of web add-ons with Angular wikis for the frontend and Node.js/NestJS for the backend.
    • Creation and integration of RESTful API.
    • Promotion and optimization of essential business logic. 
    • Growing up, adjusting and supporting add-ons from Google Cloud. 
    • Working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
    • Interactions with other team members to ensure uninterrupted work of additions.
    • The rise of technical problems, support for new projects.

       

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development.
    • 1.5–2+ years of experience with the Angular.
    • Experience with Angular Material/PrimeNG.
    • 1+ years of experience with the Node.js/NestJS.
    • Experience with cloud services, preferably Google Cloud will be an advantage.
    • Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
    • Experience with version control systems (Git).

    We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven HR Administrator to assist our HR team in managing essential administrative functions.

     

    📍 Location: Czech Republic (On-site job in Prague office).

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting HR Team with employee pre-boarding, offboarding and other people-related processes;
    • Maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy (documents, personal information, contacts, etc.);
    • HR documents administration (drafting, signing, scanning etc.);
    • Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures and processes;
    • Preparing and organizing events and greetings for employees;
    • Assistance to the HR Team.

     

    Requirements:

    • At least 0.5 years of experience in a similar position;
    • MS Office and Google Docs experience — confident user level;
    • Experience working with CRM systems (experience with HRIS or HRMS will be a plus);
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • ⁠Attention to detail;
    • Effective verbal and listening communication skills;
    • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
    • Intermediate level of English.
