    We are a standalone operational unit within a large international iGaming holding. Our focus lies in delivering operational excellence in product management, traffic acquisition, retention, and risk management β€” primarily on Tier 1 markets.

    Your Responsibilities

    - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers

    - Work closely with leadership (COO, team leads) to define and fulfill hiring needs

    - Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires

    - Create and support core HR processes: performance reviews, feedback culture, documentation, etc.

    - Monitor and improve candidate experience and employer branding

    - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future growth

    - Support the team with ongoing people operations and HR compliance tasks

     

    Requirements

    - 1+ years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations (iGaming or tech industry preferred)

    - Proven track record of hiring for a variety of roles: product, marketing, creative, analytics, etc.

    - Experience building or improving onboarding and HR processes

    - Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

    - Proactive, structured mindset with high attention to detail

    - English β€”  Intermediate

     

    Nice to Have

    - Experience with distributed / fully remote teams

    - Understanding of iGaming industry dynamics and team structures

    - Familiarity with modern HR tools and ATS platforms
