We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Paid Media Buyer to manage day-to-day ad account performance and strategy across Google and Meta platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage paid media accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for a portfolio of clients
- Conduct new account setups, audits, and restructures for existing campaigns
- Continuously monitor performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Analyse campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to test and optimise ad creatives and landing pages
- Report on performance metrics and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting data from GA4, Meta reporting, Triple Whale etc
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, and lead generation funnels for service-based businesses
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Nice to Have:- Experience with conversion tracking setups (e.g. GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel)
- Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page testing
- Exposure to TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube campaigns
