✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Binary Options or Crypto industries;
- Native Japanese speaker with strong command of English;
- Proven negotiation skills and a deep understanding of Japanese user behavior and market dynamics;
- Solid knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and various commission models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid);
- Hands-on experience managing CPA and RevShare deals;
- Proficient in Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.

- Creating your own affiliate data base, launching new deals;
- Native Japanese Speaker;

- Provide research on the market, competitors.

📍 Формат: віддалено | ⏰ Full-time

Ми запускаємо новий проект і шукаємо досвідченого Media Buyer-а, який буде відповідальний за закупівлю трафіку виключно з крипто-джерел для IGaming ніші. Це шанс увійти на старті в новий продукт і впливати на розвиток усієї маркетингової стратегії з перспективою зростання у Team Lead напрямку і побудови команди під себе.
 

🔧 Твої обов'язки:
- Самостійно закуповувати Crypto IGaming traffic (чисто криптові джерела).
- Визначати ефективні джерела трафіку (форумні сітки, крипто-арбітражні канали, телеграм-мережі, нативні та push-сітки).
- Аналізувати якість і ефективність трафіку, оптимізовувати кампанії.
- Будувати робочі зв’язки з постачальниками трафіку та платформами.
- Повністю вести цикл запуску: від стратегії до запуску та масштабування.
- Працювати самостійно на старті – без команди, з повною відповідальністю за напрям.

🛠 Необхідні навички:
- Досвід роботи саме з Crypto IGaming traffic — обов’язково.
- Розуміння ринку, джерел, специфіки крипто-аудиторії.
- Вміння працювати руками: запуск, аналітика, оптимізація, звітність.
