Tetracode is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a cross-functional development team (up to 10 people) in a fast-paced Web3/Fintech product environment. This is not just another SaaS — we’re building next-gen infrastructure: crypto cards, custodial and non-custodial wallets, on-chain transaction flows and Web3 banking tools.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the project delivery — from MVP to production launch.
• Coordinate backend, frontend, DevOps, UIUX design and QA efforts within a distributed team.
• Manage sprints, define priorities, track progress, and remove blockers.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical, product, and business sides.
• Understand and contribute to architectural decisions and flows — speak the language of engineers.
• Ensure everything stays on track: timelines, scope, tech decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, preferably in fintech or blockchain projects.

• Solid understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies, including:

   

  • Custodial vs non-custodial wallets
  • Transaction signing and gas mechanics
  • DeFi risk awareness, AML/KYC flows

   

• Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Slack, Google Docs.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) is required; Ukrainian is a strong plus.
