About the Role

Are you ready to:

• Dare to gain control over everything a user is doing on a Windows/Mac/Linux? 
• And consume negligible hardware resources for that ability.
• Don’t forget to build a cloud infrastructure for 200k+ endpoints, and it grows fast. With multiple on-prems of similar scale. 
• Add OCR, analytics, integrations with 3rd-parties, watermarks, etc - you get the idea about the tech stack. 
• You will be proud of the throughput you made sure the servers maintain, DLP algos, techniques of self-diagnostics that prevent crashes, play with MitM, creative workarounds for seemingly impossible tasks.

• Work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Brilliant minds only
• 5+ yrs experience with C++11 or newer
• Client-server application development experience
• Understanding design principles behind scalable applications
• Desire to learn and generate ideas
• Good spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Experience in Windows system development (WinApi), MacOS development (not mobile)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Experience working with ClickHouse

We are looking for a Principal Full-Stack Engineer to provide technical leadership across our product and engineering teams. This role is a combination of hands-on coding and architectural guidance. You’ll work across the stack — from building intuitive, performant front-end experiences to optimizing back-end services, APIs, and data models. We’re using React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, CQRS, and event sourcing. As a Principal Engineer, you’ll drive complex feature development, set technical standards, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable. 

Responsibilities

• Defining and refining architecture for new features and long-term platform evolution.

• Designing and coding features end-to-end, from front-end components to backend APIs and data layers.

• Reviewing pull requests and contributing high-quality, scalable code across the stack.

• Troubleshooting complex issues in production and guiding incident response when needed.

• Set technical direction through architecture discussions, coding standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver solutions that balance technical and business needs.

• Operate with minimal supervision, driving complex initiatives from design through delivery.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance, scalability, and reliability of systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in full-stack development.

• 4+ years of experience with React (Next.js), Nest.js (or Express.js), GraphQL, Docker

• Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with back-end technologies, including SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and API design.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, particularly patterns like CQRS and event sourcing.

• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and building scalable, production-grade solutions.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities.

• Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, capable of communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, D3.js, Angular, and AG Grid for building rich and performant user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities 

Security in the SDLC

• Own and enforce DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, and other practices)
• Integrate automated security tooling into development workflows; reduce manual security gates
• Partner with development teams to perform secure code reviews and threat modeling

Vulnerability & Risk Management

• Drive vulnerability identification, triage, and remediation across infrastructure and applications
• Manage security tooling stack
• Produce and maintain a risk register; track remediation SLAs

Penetration Testing, crowd testing & Incident Response

• Lead or coordinate internal/external penetration testing cycles
• Manage crowd testing campaigns
• Develop and maintain an incident response playbook; support incident investigations

Compliance & Governance

• Support compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and relevant data protection frameworks
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and developer security training

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as the primary security SME for the engineering organization
• Mentor developers on secure coding practices; build a security-first engineering culture
• Interface with external auditors, clients, and the executive team on security posture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, application security, or security engineering
• Demonstrated experience managing security in software development environments (not just ops/infrastructure)
• Strong development background, proficiency in at least 1 language (eg: Python, Go, Java, C#)
• Hands on experience with CI/CD security tooling (SAST/DAST/SCA integration, secrets management)
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container security (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred/Nice to Have

• Penetration testing experience or relevant certification (OSCP, CEH, GPEN)
• Security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, AWS Security Specialty, or similar)
• Experience at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity product company
• Familiarity with insider threat, DLP, or endpoint security product domains
