    Studio tenpixls™ is hiring a part-time Senior Digital Designer.

     

    We’re looking for a proven digital designer (4+ years of solid experience) who can lead web design projects from concept to holy-sht-this-is-amazing* level. 

     

     

    Responsibilities: 

     

    • Own projects from initial concepting through final delivery. We expect meticulous attention to detail and an eye for modern, premium aesthetics.
    • Work closely with our content strategist, challenge the UX, and influence web copy to improve the overall user journey.
    • Oversee asset creation, prototyping, QA, and CMS handoffs. Your work should flow cleanly from Figma into the browser.
    • When it’s time to present work, be prepared to justify design decisions with equal parts creative flair and functional reasoning.
    • Partner with creatives, developers, and writers to bring ambitious ideas to life.

     

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • 4+ Years of Experience
    • You’ve built or extended brand systems and know how to stay consistent across platforms.
    • We want someone who cares about the pixel-level details as much as we do.
    • You can handle 1-3 projects without breaking a sweat or producing cookie-cutter designs.
    • You get the business goals behind each project and shape designs that serve them.
    • We want someone who’s confident enough to share opinions and accept feedback.
    • We expect respect for clients, coworkers, and deadlines.

    • You care about the entire design ecosystem. Even if you’re not the copywriter or dev, you’re always ready to chime in with ideas or feedback.
    • You speak like a human—straightforward, professional, with a bit of an edge.
    • You draw inspiration from everywhere, not just Dribbble or design blogs. Your work should break molds, not rehash them.
    • You take feedback like a pro. Yes, sometimes people won’t like your designs. Adapt, refine, deliver.
    • You balance form and function. We need memorable visuals that work—not just concept art.
