About the role:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced PPC Specialist who will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll manage budgets, analyze performance, test new approaches, and ensure our ads deliver strong results. You’ll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, who shapes the overall marketing strategy and supports the community in achieving great results together.

What you will do:

• Plan strategies and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms;
• Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns, increasing ROI;
• Participate in creative development and copywriting;
• Prepare briefs for copywriters and designers;
• Daily or weekly monitor campaigns and metrics;
• Analyze competitors of the company;
• Create reports on marketing campaign effectiveness, including using Google Analytics 4.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 2+ years of proven experience setting up and managing Google Ads (Search, GDN, Performance Max);
• Basic skills in analytics and tracking services such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner, and Google Tag Manager;
• Knowledge of key metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.
• Written and spoken English from Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Desire to continuously improve skills and learn new things.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of setting up ads in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora Ads and Bing Ads;
• Knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools (SE Ranking, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.);
• Experience working with Hubspot;
• Courses, training, or seminars in targeted advertising and digital marketing.

As a Product Manager, you will own:

• Product backlog and roadmap delivery;

• Monitor competitor offerings to inform product positioning and improvements;
• Use analytics tools (e.g., PostHog) to understand user behavior and propose enhancements;
• Communicate progress, blockers, and metrics regularly to stakeholders;
• Present roadmaps and feature demos internally and externally;
• Maintain organized documentation, meeting notes, access tools, and help create a knowledge base to support fast, effective work;
• Be initiative-taking, proactive, and able to challenge assumptions.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of spoken English;
• Proven ability to lead projects from idea to shipped;
• Great communication skills — both in writing and in tough calls;
• Strong sense of accountability and clarity under pressure;
• Proficiency in using tools like PostHog, Notion, Jira, or similar;
• Experience working with remote teams and async processes.

Our team is searching for a skilled Middle Python Developer to strengthen our backend and help evolve our product architecture. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take ownership of key components.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality code;
• Analyzing the existing solution architecture and taking an active role in designing a new one;
• Leading a small team of two backend developers.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-4 years of experience in backend development with Python 3.x (FastAPI or Flask);
• Strong skills in designing and building RESTful APIs;
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms;
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio, aiohttp) and API integrations;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with ORMs (SQLAlchemy or Django ORM);
• Practical experience with caching tools (Redis, Memcached) and database migrations;
• Good understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git);

• Моніторингом та підтримкою офісної інфраструктури:

• Від 2 років досвіду у системному/мережевому адмініструванні;
• Знання комп'ютерних мереж і протоколів: основи топології мереж, модель OSI, принципи роботи мережевих протоколів;
• Досвід роботи з Linux;
• Досвід розгортання та підтримки робочих станцій Linux/Windows/MacOS;
• Глибоке розуміння мережевих протоколів TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, та принципів організації VPN (Mikrotik);
• Досвід віддаленої підтримки користувачів;
• Досвід адміністрування Windows Server: Active Directory (управління обліковими записами, групами безпеки, політиками GPO), DNS, DHCP;
• Навички роботи з Mikrotik RouterOS (налаштування firewall, NAT, QoS, маршрутизації);
• Досвід роботи з мережевим обладнанням Mikrotik, D-Link, Tp-Link, Ubiquiti;
• Досвід роботи із VPN, розуміння протоколів VPN, RDP, VDI, DNS, HTTP, SSH;
• Досвід роботи з MDM-рішеннями (бажано Workspace ONE);
• Розуміння Azure AD (Microsoft Entra) та AWS AD Connect (налаштування та інтеграція для уніфікованого керування доступом);
• Робота з Wi-Fi рішеннями (бажано Ubiquiti UniFi або Aruba): встановлення, налаштування, оновлення контролера;
• Soft skills: навички тайм-менеджменту та пріоритизації задач, автономність, командна робота, проактивність;
• Вміння та готовність написання технічної документації;
• Можливість відвідувати офіс в Києві принаймні раз на 2 тижні.
