# Position Overview

As a Content Manager / Content Marketing Specialist at Suplery, you will:

• Own & Elevate Content Channels:
  Manage our website blog, Instagram page, and newsletter—publishing, monitoring, and refining content to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
• Drive Performance:
  Monitor engagement and conversion metrics, perform SEO optimization, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize content impact.
• Strategize & Create:
  Develop comprehensive content plans tailored for each channel, write compelling texts, and collaborate with designers by defining clear technical assignments (TAs).
• Leverage Innovation:
  Utilize modern AI tools for content planning and creation, enhancing both efficiency and creativity.

# Key Responsibilities

Channel Management 📝

• Publish & Update:
  Regularly update content on our blog, Instagram, and newsletter.
• Optimize:
  Monitor performance across channels and continuously refine content.

Content Strategy & Execution 🎨

• Plan & Develop:
  Craft detailed content plans aligned with our marketing goals.
• Write & Edit:
  Create high-quality, engaging content that reflects Suplery’s unique brand voice.

Performance Analysis 📊

• Track Metrics:
  Analyze engagement, conversion, and SEO performance.
• Implement Improvements:
  Use data insights to fine-tune and elevate content strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination 🤝

• Teamwork:
  Work closely with our design team by setting clear target audience requirements.
• Alignment:

# What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Language & Writing Skills:
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar content management role.
  • Proven success in leading content campaigns with measurable results.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital content management tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for content planning and creation.
• Copywriting Expertise:
  • A robust background in copywriting with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
