    Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented software engineer. You will work in small teams on various products. The Software Engineer plays a key role in the decision-making process about technologies and our core product as we bring new and innovative products to the market. You will use the latest technologies and frameworks, Node.js and Postgres on the server-side and React on the client-side.

     

    What you’ll do

    • Design of the overall architecture of the web application
    • Lead the Front-end & BE effort to implement cool new features, services, and APIs
    • Write reusable code and libraries
    • Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
    • Solve bugs (no one can hide from it)
    • Cover functionality with tests and monitoring
    • Work closely with managers, engineers
    • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle to build first in class FE & BE solutions

    • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer

    We’re now looking for a UAV Training Specialist to join our growing team.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze operational documentation and training materials.
    • Ensure completeness, operability, and availability of equipment and consumables.
    • Plan and prepare training flights, including mission setup, weather assessment, and equipment checks.
    • Deliver training sessions according to approved programs.
    • Coordinate trainees’ learning process across all training stages.
    • Plan routes and conduct flights together with trainees.
    • Organize and oversee the full cycle of a training flight.
    • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of UAV/UAS.
    • Evaluate and provide feedback on trainee performance.

     

    What We Expect

    • 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Hands-on experience with UAVs (operator, pilot, or technician roles).
    • Basic understanding of aviation meteorology.
    • Knowledge of UAV pre-flight procedures and in-flight monitoring.
    • Ability to react to abnormal flight situations.
