Responsibilities

— Working on in-house projects as a full-stack developer (marketplaces, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech)

— Direct cooperation with the clients’ teams (staff augmentation)

Requirements

— Solid experience with ReactJS, NextJS & Typescript (over three years)

— Over a year of commercial experience with NodeJS (Express, NestJS) and DBs (MongoDB, Postgres, etc.)

— Redux, Webpack

— Experience with UI Libraries (Tailwind, MUI, etc.)

— Verbal English level B2 or higher

— Strong analytical skills

— High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and involvement

Will be a plus

— Knowledge of React Native & Expo

— Experience working on fintech or crypto projects

— Experience with Retool

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (Middle+) to work on web and mobile products and collaborate closely with our team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Work on in-house and outstaffing projects (SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, mobile apps)
• Create wireframes, user flows, UI concepts, and prototypes
• Collaborate with PMs and developers to shape product logic and UX decisions
• Maintain design consistency across projects
• Participate in design discussions and client syncs
• Work with analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity) to improve UX based on user behavior

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design (web & mobile)
• Strong portfolio that you can share (required)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and usability
• Confident in working with Figma
• Experience with complex, feature-rich apps
• Ability to justify design decisions
• English level B2+
• Responsibility and self-organization

Responsibilities

— Writing and editing content in English (website pages, blog posts, case studies, short technical articles)

— Working closely with developers and managers to understand products and turn ideas into clear text

— Improving existing content for clarity, structure, and tone

— Researching technical topics and learning fast

Requirements

— English level B2 or higher (written English is critical)

— Ability to write clear, structured texts in English

— Basic understanding of IT or strong interest in tech

— Attention to detail and willingness to learn

— Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Will be a plus

— Understanding of SEO writing principles (how to structure SEO-friendly content, use keywords naturally)

— Experience writing technical articles on various topics
