    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within the financial services sector, preferably in Fintech and CFD brokerage
    • Background in a fast-growing digital agency or online business (e.g., e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C companies)
    • Experience managing a team of 5 or more, driving engagement and results. Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets
    • Practical experience attracting users in the MEA region
    • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, campaign analysis, and online marketing metrics
    • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools, with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent negotiation skills
    • Advanced proficiency in English for effective communication across global teams

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to work from Cyprus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
    • 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry or in a high-volume product company
    • Proven experience in scaling a business globally, entering new markets, or expanding market share in existing ones
    • Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets
    • Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry, including products, services, and regulatory landscape will be a plus

    • Progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (as Head of Finance, CFO Deputy), preferably within the financial services or fintech industry
    • Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations, planning, and analysis for a global, high-growth organisation
    • Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS and risk management practices
    • Proven leadership and management experiance with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
