• proficiency in Photoshop and graphics tablets. 

Would be an advantage:

•  commercial experience with Stable Diffusion neural networks;
• experience with a wide range of graphic editing programs;
• understand the process of visual content creation without using a neural network;
• art education.

What specialist are we looking for:

• english level is not lower than Intermediate;
• experience with CRM and time management systems; 
• experience in GameDev or the art industry;
• ability to plan, structure, and automate your work;
• responsibility, organization, punctuality, and teamwork.

The responsibilities will include:

• planning, distributing, monitoring, and evaluating used time and completing tasks;
• creating Gantt chart;
• work with CRM and communicative programs (such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana);
• communication with the client and the team;
• reporting on projects;
•  test tasks drafting;
• giving feedback to artists on their work results.

Would be an advantage:

• experience with 2D/3D art projects;
• understanding the process of creating art for games;
• love for computer/mobile games.
