We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable e‑commerce applications using Next.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend).
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs enabling seamless, secure data flow between services and the frontend.
• Build, integrate, and optimize Stripe payment flows (payments, subscriptions, refunds, webhooks, 3DS/SCA) and reconcile events for accuracy and auditability.
• Model and access data with Prisma and PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, performance tuning, indexing).
• Optimize performance (TTFB, LCP, CLS, bundle size) and ensure security best practices (OWASP, rate limiting, input validation, secrets management).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver smooth, responsive user experiences that meet accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack; contribute to observability (logs, metrics, traces, alerts).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to ship small, well‑tested, and frequent releases (feature flags, canary/blue‑green when applicable).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, retros) and provide realistic estimates and status updates.

• Stay current with trends in e‑commerce, web development, and full‑stack engineering and propose improvements to our architecture and tooling.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong expertise in Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, server actions/components) and NestJS (modules, providers, guards, interceptors).
• Mandatory: hands‑on e‑commerce experience (headless workflows, custom checkout, cart, catalog, inventory, Stripe payment gateway integration).
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern tooling (ESBuild/Vite/Webpack, package managers, linting/formatting).
• Experience with Prisma + PostgreSQL (preferred) or MySQL; ability to write efficient queries and optimize DB performance.
• Solid knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL) and authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Firebase) and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools.
• React Native experience (for complementary mobile features is a plus).

About the Client & Project

Our client is a healthcare technology company from Israel, focused on enabling clinicians with real-time solutions to avoid intra-operative complications. The project is being built from scratch and leverages advanced X-ray image analysis to assist doctors during surgeries. The platform will be integrated directly into hospital systems and must meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Windows desktop application development using C# and .NET. 

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the user-facing components of a mission-critical healthcare platform. The role emphasizes building secure, reliable, and intuitive UIs optimized for hospital use, including support for dual-screen environments and kiosk mode.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end Python development – must.
• Extensive knowledge of PyQt / PySide for MS Windows – must
• Extensive knowledge of Multi-threading – must

Our client is an Israeli healthcare technology company building a platform from scratch based on advanced image-processing algorithms for X-ray analysis. The solution aims to enable clinicians with real-time insights to avoid intra-operative complications. The platform will integrate into hospital IT environments and requires secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps / IT Administrator with strong AWS expertise and Microsoft ecosystem experience. This is a greenfield project, so you will establish all infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and security practices from zero, ensuring smooth deployment of Windows-based applications into clinical settings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as DevOps engineer – must
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch) – must
• Strong background in DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS), and infrastructure as code Terraform – must
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines from ground-up on Bitbucket pipelines or GitHub actions – must
• Experience managing artifactory tools, like Nexus
• Experience supporting AI/ML environments: provisioning GPU instances, managing training environments, integrating CI/CD for model training and deployment – big advantage
• Solid knowledge of web application environments: setting up staging and production systems, load balancing, monitoring, and logging
• Background in IT administration: domain management, corporate email systems, workstation setup (Windows/Mac), VPN and network configuration – must
• Good understanding of IT security practices: endpoint protection, patch management, access control, encryption, audit logging
