SoftPeak is looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to start a career in IT sales and build direct communication with potential customers on LinkedIn.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the IT industry, learn outbound sales from scratch, and grow into a Sales Executive role.
 

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn messages
• Generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Work closely with the CEO and Head of Outbound while learning the sales process

Requirements

• No prior experience required - we are open to motivated candidates who want to start a career in IT sales
• English level: B2-C2
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage people in meaningful conversations
• Systematic and disciplined approach to work
• Willingness to learn and consistently perform daily outreach tasks

Expected Daily Activity

• 10 new LinkedIn messages per day (at least 50% personalized)
• 15 personalized intro videos per day (3-4 minutes via Loom)

SoftPeak is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to build direct communication with potential customers on LinkedIn and Upwork.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound communication - Engage potential customers directly through LinkedIn and Upwork messaging.
• Schedule Meetings - Engage with potential leads, negotiate initial interest, and set up meetings to discuss possible cooperation.
• Lead meetings with potential customers and manage early-stage negotiations.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or client communication in the IT field is preferred. However, we are also open to motivated candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow;
• English: B2-C2;
• Skill to engage users to the meaningful conversations.
• Systematic approach. 
  We expect you to make daily quote without exceptions!

Key Daily Results:

We expect you to make such number of messages and videos:

• 10 new messages (50% custom) per day to relevant LinkedIn leads.
• 15 personalized intro videos per day (duration: 3-4 minutes via Loom) for LinkedIn and Upwork leads.

• Part-time: 19:00-23:00 або 20:00-24:00
• Full-time: 19:00-05:00

Обов’язки:

• Вести outbound-комунікацію через Upwork
• Взаємодіяти з потенційними клієнтами та генерувати інтерес до наших послуг
• Призначати зустрічі з кваліфікованими лідами
• Проводити перші дзвінки та вести початкові переговори
• Виявляти потреби клієнтів і підбирати релевантні рішення

Вимоги:

• Досвід у продажах/лідогенерації/комунікації з клієнтами буде плюсом (але не обов’язковий)
• Рівень англійської: B2-C2
• Сильні комунікаційні навички та вміння залучати людей у змістовні розмови
• Системний та дисциплінований підхід до роботи
• Здатність стабільно виконувати щоденні KPI

Очікувані щоденні результати:

• 10-15 повідомлень на день (щонайменше 50% персоналізованих)
• 10-15 персоналізованих відео (3-4 хвилини через Loom) для лідів з Upwork
