SoftPeak is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to build direct communication with potential customers on LinkedIn and Upwork.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound communication - Engage potential customers directly through LinkedIn and Upwork messaging.
• Schedule Meetings - Engage with potential leads, negotiate initial interest, and set up meetings to discuss possible cooperation.
• Lead meetings with potential customers and manage early-stage negotiations.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or client communication in the IT field is preferred. However, we are also open to motivated candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow;
• English: B2-C2;
• Skill to engage users to the meaningful conversations.
• Systematic approach. 
  We expect you to make daily quote without exceptions!

Key Daily Results:

We expect you to make such number of messages and videos:

• 10 new messages (50% custom) per day to relevant LinkedIn leads.
• 15 personalized intro videos per day (duration: 3-4 minutes via Loom) for LinkedIn and Upwork leads.

SoftPeak is looking for a part-time UX&UI Designer with a strong eye for detail, a user-first mindset. 
You’ll be working on custom web and mobile applications for startups and SMBs across different industries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in UX&UI Design
• English level B2+
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design
• Proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping)
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Understanding of usability principles and user-centered design

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and product owners, Developers to create UX&UI Design of mobile and web applications
• Design user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in Figma
• Translate business goals and technical constraints into clean, user-friendly designs
• Conduct UX research and support usability improvements throughout product iterations

• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, explaining the rationale behind design decisions

2027 рік і далі:

- Вибудова департаментів всередині компанії та найм Product owners у свою команда
