 Description of the project and team:

Softengi is looking for a skilled System/Business analyst with solid technical background to join an international project requiring business trips to Africa and Caribbean region. The role involves analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and supporting project implementation. 

Expected duties are:

• Business trips to Africa and  Caribbean region depending on project needs.
• Stakeholder Identification and engagement.
• Processes analysis in the E-Gov domain. 
• On-site customer training conduct.
• Conduct elicitation activities and development of SRS, API documentation, workshop reports, user manuals and relevant technical documentation.

• Act as solution architecture/designer and key project knowledge holder.

   

Required skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in system/business analysis.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Experience in writing SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and SDD (Software Design Description) documents including technical functional requirements, non-functional requirements, API descriptions, data models, business processes, and logical/physical system architecture.
• Experience in creating Current State Analysis documents describing the "as-is" and "to-be" states of systems.
• Experience in visualizing business processes using UML or other notations.
• Experience in writing integration documentation with detailed REST API descriptions.
• Understanding of JSON and XML formats and experience in designing API methods using these formats.
• Practical knowledge of UML diagrams, including Activity, Use Case, Sequence, and State diagrams.
• Knowledge of SQL for analyzing existing datasets, data structures, and relationships between table fields.

Will be a plus:

• Processes analysis in the Government sphere.
• Preferred experience in migration from legacy systems to new platforms, including system process reengineering during migration – data migration, API migration, and preparation of related documentation.

• General understanding of web application architecture and common technologies used in web development.

Position Overview

Softengi is seeking a Presale Consultant to join our US office, responsible for driving the technical pre-sales process, engaging with clients, and positioning our AI-driven solutions, digital transformation services, and enterprise technology products. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge customer needs with Softengi’s cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Service Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Softengi’s experience, solutions, and portfolio, including AI Framework, Big Data/ Analytical Services, IoT and safety systems, Extender Reality, and Web3 services. Keep up-to-date with ongoing innovations.
• Business Case Orientation: Understand and effectively communicate key use cases from Softengi’s portfolio, demonstrating the impact of our solutions in industries such as the public sector, retail, healthcare, construction, and utilities.
• Market Analysis & Client Needs Assessment: Continuously track market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape in the US market to tailor solutions that align with client business goals.
• Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct independent product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for potential and existing clients, showcasing the value of Softengi’s AI-driven solutions.
• Proposal & Solution Development:
  • For prospective clients: Prepare customized proposals, sales presentations, and solution recommendations.
  • For existing clients: Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing client needs and aligning them with Softengi’s capabilities and market trends.
• Collaboration with Sales & Delivery Teams: Work closely with Softengi’s sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to project execution.
• Bid & RFP Responses: Support the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries, ensuring proposals meet technical and business requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture in an IT services or software development company.
• Technical & Industry Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of AI (LLM, ML, NLP, Computer Vision), IoT, cloud solutions, and digital transformation technologies.
  • (desirable) Experience in the public sector, retail, finance, healthcare, and construction is a plus.
• Communication & Business Acumen:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven business proposals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs and create tailored technical solutions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their pain points, and proposing relevant solutions.

Description of the project:

We are looking for a skilled Windows Presentation Foundation Developer to join our team and take ownership of a large legacy project. This role involves not only maintaining and supporting the existing system but also actively developing new features. The project does not have a fixed scope, and tasks will include both functionality improvements and support-related work.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, high-quality, and high-performance code
• Develop and maintain existing software, including implementing new features and enhancements
• Fix bugs and perform code refactoring to improve system stability and performance
• Document code and maintain technical documentation
• Gradually take ownership of the codebase and contribute to system optimization
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA engineers, and PMs to define and refine project goals
• Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas and solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in WPF development
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET 8 and relevant libraries (Entity Framework), WebAPI (ASP.NET Core)

Description of the project:

As the Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be the technical lead for a project leveraging the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach, where retrieval mechanisms enhance generative AI models by integrating external knowledge sources. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications that combine state-of-the-art natural language processing with information retrieval systems. You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, and engineers to seamlessly integrate AI models into production environments and optimize the performance of RAG-based systems.

Your qualification:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python and JavaScript. Proven leadership experience in AI-driven projects or complex software systems is required.

We seek a General QA Engineer to join our team and work on a high-load telecom project. The system processes large volumes of real-time data, requiring thorough testing to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a QA engineer with a focus on the backend side
• Strong knowledge and real practical experience with API testing
• Strong automation skills 
• Experience in creating test automation projects from scratch (java) will be a plus
• Experience with performance testing (Jmeter)
• Experience in Linux/UNIX command line
• Experience with SQL DB and NoSQL DB, SQL requests
• Experience with message broker (Kafka)
• Experience in writing test documentation (test plans/test strategy/test cases/bug reports)
