- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.
- Develop financial models to evaluate company performance and growth potential.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Support financial due diligence efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess target companies' risks, liabilities, and financial performance.
- Support the fundraising process by conducting audits to validate financial data and ensure compliance with investor requirements.
- Assist in creating and managing company budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, and recommend improvements in resource allocation.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial health and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Prior experience in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or other investments.
- Experience in supporting fundraising efforts through audits and financial validation.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools such as Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivables, Invoicing and Revenue Recognition.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with US financial regulations and compliance standards related to due diligence and fundraising.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. - English level - Advanced.
