Position Overview

We seek a talented and creative Video Maker to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our product features, brand values, and educational content about DeFi concepts. The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability, technical video production skills, and an understanding of how to create engaging content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional-quality videos for marketing, product demonstrations, social media, and educational purposes
• Create engaging explainer videos that simplify complex DeFi concepts for our global audience
• Develop storyboards and scripts in collaboration with marketing and product teams
• Design and create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all video productions
• Optimize videos for various platforms (website, social media, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage video production timelines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Stay current with video production trends and techniques, especially in the fintech space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video content with marketing campaigns and product launches
• Analyze video performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content
• Manage and organize video assets in a digital asset management system

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional video production experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound design
• Experience with motion graphics and animation techniques
• Knowledge of video optimization for different digital platforms
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and develop high-quality content with minimal direction
• Experience working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for fintech, cryptocurrency, or DeFi companies
• Understanding of blockchain concepts and decentralized finance
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Experience with live-action video production and direction
• Familiarity with social media video optimization and trends
• Experience with interactive video content
• Basic graphic design skills
• Understanding of user experience principles

Position Overview:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating visually compelling interfaces and marketing materials that enhance our brand identity and user experience across our Web3 products. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of user-centered design principles in the financial technology space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning graphic designs 
• Design promotional materials, including digital banners, social media graphics, and marketing assets
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Develop brand strategy and provide creative concepts and designs
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
• Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
• Liaise, brief, and advise the team with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs that balance aesthetics with functionality
• Transform complex financial concepts into intuitive visual designs that appeal to our global user base
• Contribute to brand identity refinement and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints
   

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Figma and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create engaging marketing assets optimized for digital channels
• Basic understanding of design implementation constraints and possibilities in frontend development
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
• English: Upper intermediate+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for web3 projects
• Understanding of blockchain concepts and the unique design challenges in decentralized applications
• Knowledge of animation and interactive design principles
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies
• Experience with user research and applying insights to improve designs
