We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to work with our Target Account List (TAL), identify and qualify the most relevant leads, and generate interest in our services through tailored outreach via channels like email and LinkedIn. In this role, your ability to research prospects, craft personalized messages, and convert cold and warm leads into scheduled calls will be key to driving results.

Responsibilities:
 

• Work directly with a Target Account List (TAL) of potential clients, identifying and qualifying the most relevant leads and contact points based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Manually research and verify lead information to ensure accurate targeting.
• Initiate contact with prospects through personalized outbound manual communication (email, LinkedIn, etc.) aimed at sparking interest in our services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build trust, uncover their needs, and position our solutions effectively.
• Schedule initial discovery or introduction calls with qualified prospects.
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships and move through the sales funnel from cold to warm leads, leading to scheduled calls.
• Manage and update the CRM system (HubSpot) to accurately track outreach activities, interactions, and sales progress.
• Develop and refine outreach strategies using market insights, industry trends, and prospect data.
• Continuously test and optimize messaging and approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:
 

• 1+ year in SDR/outreach roles at outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
• Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gmail, and LinkedIn
• Experience in working with  USA/Europe-based clients.
• Proven ability to convert cold and warm leads into scheduled calls through effective messaging.
• Creative thinker – you can personalize messages based on a lead’s company, activity, or updates.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

SnoopGame QA is in search of a Trainee QA. We specialize in manual game testing services, catering to publishers and developers worldwide.

Over the past decade, we've meticulously tested more than 1500 games spanning various genres, from Hyper Casual to AAA. Presently, we proudly stand as Ukraine's foremost company, equipped with remarkable achievements and the proficiency to conduct diverse manual testing across multiple platforms.

Our core mission is to deliver game QA precisely tailored to meet the standards necessary to ensure the quality of games that are accessible to all. Our objective is to contribute to a gaming world that is more enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

Responsibilities:
— Plan testing and compile test documentation.
— Participate in the testing process at all stages of development.
— Communicate with individuals involved in the development process.

• Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, terminology, and contextual relevance.
• Identify linguistic, narrative, cultural, and UI/UX text issues.
• Verify corrected linguistic defects.
• Prepare clear and structured error reports.
• Participate in the testing process at all stages of development.
• Communicate with team members involved in development and localization processes.

• Ukrainian proficiency: C1–C2 (advanced).
• English proficiency: Intermediate+
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian grammar, stylistics, and linguistic correctness.
• Understanding of modern gaming applications.
• Knowledge of basic testing theory.
• Ability to write clear and structured linguistic bug reports.
