The Opportunity: Chief Technology Officer

We’re hiring a CTO to lead our technology function at a pivotal stage in our journey. Until now, the tech side has been led by our founder, who will transition into a product-focused role — meaning you will take full ownership of the technical direction, backed by deep product and business insight.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and evolve the company’s technical architecture, from infrastructure to internal tools and data pipelines
• Write and review high-quality, scalable code, especially on complex architectural pieces
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing development team (currently ~10 and growing)
• Translate business needs (SEO, monetization, media sales, traffic analytics) into clear product and engineering priorities
• Drive the development of internal and external-facing tools (e.g., dashboards, targeting systems, reporting interfaces)
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and commercial leads to accelerate growth
• Build systems that scale with high-volume data ingestion, automation, and high-traffic user flows
• Participate in strategic planning and ensure technical initiatives are aligned with business goals
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with significant time in leadership roles
• Strong backend expertise: PHP/Laravel/Symfony, SQL/NoSQL, AWS or other cloud platforms
• Comfort with modern frontend frameworks
• Experience in SEO-heavy products, media tech, or affiliate marketing
• Working knowledge of digital advertising infrastructure (pixels, tags, tracking, attribution)
• Understanding of monetization models: CPM, CPC, CPA, RevShare
• Background in data automation, scraping, or BI pipelines
• Solid grasp of UX/UI best practices
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain engineering talent
• Pragmatic and business-minded: able to balance speed, quality, and scalability

The Opportunity
 

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support our financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting processes.
 

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment with IFRS standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Ensure tax compliance and support the preparation and submission of VAT and income tax reports
• Assist external accountants with tax filings and financial documentation
• Support audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses to auditor requests
• Perform bank reconciliations (incoming and outgoing payments)
• Prepare VAT reports
• Maintain and organize financial and IFRS documentation
• Review company transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date counterparty database
• Collaborate with the AR manager, Affiliate, and Legal teams
• Contribute to preparation of reports: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, VAT and tax reports
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in accounting / finance roles, ideally in an international environment

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of SlotCatalog’s infrastructure, reliability, and DevOps practices at a critical stage of growth.
 

Until now, infrastructure and operational decisions have been largely founder-led and handled in an ad-hoc manner. This role will become the primary technical owner of production reliability and platform stability, responsible for building a mature, scalable, and well-documented DevOps function.
 

You will lead the transition from a founder-managed setup to a structured, production-grade DevOps organization, defining standards, processes, and long-term architecture. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both design and implement solutions, while setting the direction for how infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and observability are built and maintained.
 

You will act as the key bridge between Engineering, Product, and Leadership, ensuring that delivery speed, system reliability, and security are balanced in a sustainable way. The role requires strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and the ability to make architectural decisions that will support the company’s growth over the next years.

Responsibilities
 

Infrastructure & Reliability Ownership:

• Own the full lifecycle of production infrastructure and environments.
• Define and maintain standards for availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
• Lead the migration and stabilization of infrastructure from DigitalOcean/Hetzner to AWS.

CI/CD & Automation:

• Architect and own CI/CD pipelines (GitlabCI) and deployment strategies.
• Design and implement automation for provisioning, deployment, scaling, and recovery using Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD.

Kubernetes & Platform Engineering:

• Own Kubernetes clusters (EKS): architecture, security, networking, scaling, and upgrades.
• Define best practices for deployments, ingress, secrets management, and service reliability.

Observability & Incident Management:

• Own monitoring, logging, and alerting stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• Define SLOs/SLAs, alerting policies, and incident response processes.
• Lead post-incident reviews and reliability improvements.

Security & Access Management:

• Own access control, IAM, secrets, network security, SSL/TLS, and compliance basics.
• Ensure secure-by-design infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership:

• Act as DevOps authority for backend, data, and product teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions and release planning.
• Mentor engineers in infrastructure and reliability best practices.
• Establish documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience, including:
• At least 2+ years owning AWS production environments.
• Strong System Administration background (Linux, networking, access control).
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS, networking, autoscaling, security, ingress, secrets).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Docker
• GitlabCI
• Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD
• Strong knowledge of:
• Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
• High-availability and fault-tolerant architectures
• Solid understanding of:
• Networking, security, IAM, VPN, firewalls, SSL/TLS
• Experience operating and tuning MySQL/MariaDB in cloud environments.
• Understanding of backend stacks (PHP) to support environment design and deployment optimization.
• Proven ownership mindset: ability to take responsibility for uptime, performance, and delivery quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing multi-region, high-availability architectures.
• Blue-Green / Canary deployment strategies.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with performance tuning of databases and message queues.
• Experience building platform standards in fast-growing product companies.
