    We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the IT outsourcing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.     Key Responsibilities

     

    Inbound Sales Responsibilities

    • Manage and nurture inbound leads from multiple channels (website, email, LinkedIn, referrals, marketplaces like Clutch, etc.).
    • Qualify incoming leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business needs and challenges.
    • Present and position SliceIQ's services effectively to address client pain points.
    • Drive inbound deals through the sales pipeline, ensuring a structured and effective follow-up process.

       

    Outbound Sales Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
    • Identify and engage decision-makers in potential client companies.
    • Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer needs to tailor outreach approaches.
    • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to create future sales opportunities.

       

    General Sales Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align sales messaging and lead generation efforts.
    • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
    • Track and report key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT consulting sales.

     

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in IT outsourcing, consulting, or SaaS.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
    • Strong understanding of IT services such as cloud computing (AWS), big data, AI/ML, and software development outsourcing.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level), additional languages are a plus.
    • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track and manage sales activities.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach to understanding and addressing customer pain points.

    Our team supports a 3D modeling application used in the insurance industry to enhance and streamline the claims process. The application is already in production, and we leverage in-house libraries and the latest technologies to drive efficiency and innovation. We foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where everyone is encouraged to learn, contribute, and thrive.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Learn & Train – Your journey starts with a 3-month learning process, where you'll work closely with 3D models in our application under the guidance of a mentor. During this period, your working hours will be 10 AM - 6 PM ( 11 AM - 7 PM).
    • Work with 3D Models – Engage with the visual and interactive aspects of our software.
    • Collaborate with the Team – Join daily meetings, share insights, and grow in a team-driven environment.

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Tech-Savvy Mindset – Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
    • Flexible Work Hours – Ability to work evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM) and night shifts (12 AM - 8 AM).
    • Eager to Learn – Quick learner with a strong interest in 3D applications and problem-solving.
    • Detail-Oriented & Multitasking – Strong time-management skills, responsibility, creativity, and a result-driven mindset.
    • English ProficiencyPre-Intermediate level or higher to communicate effectively.

       

    Will be a plus:
    Experience in IT or Design – Any background in IT, design, game development, or similar fields is a plus.
