Project Requirements:

- Performance-Driven: The form should be lightweight and efficient, built with vanilla JavaScript to ensure fast load times and optimal performance.
- Mobile-Optimized: The form must provide a smooth experience on mobile devices, with seamless transitions between question sets.
- API Integration: The form will dynamically fill dropdown fields via API calls.
- Third-Party Integrations: The form will require two third-party integrations for the lead submission thank-you page.
- Compliance: The form must comply with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proven experience in optimizing web forms for performance and speed
- Knowledge of mobile-first development and UI/UX best practices
- Experience with third-party API integrations and data handling
- Familiarity with WordPress and landing page development is a plus

Responsibilities:  
- Analyze the existing system and identify areas for performance improvement  
- Redesign and optimize backend architecture to enhance efficiency and scalability  
- Implement best practices for database optimization, caching, and API performance  
- Conduct thorough code reviews and suggest improvements  
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration  
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively  

Requirements:  
- Proven experience in backend development and system performance optimization  
- Strong knowledge of databases, caching mechanisms, and API optimization  
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET, or Java  
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)  
- Ability to work in the EST time zone  
- Conversational English skills
