Your Responsibilities

• Edit dynamic, engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels (30–90 seconds)
• Select music, trending audio, effects, and captions to match platform formats
• Apply color correction, animation, subtitles, and transitions
• Adapt content to fit our brand’s tone of voice
• Collaborate with our marketing team, designer, and copywriter
• Meet deadlines and follow the content calendar

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in video editing with examples (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Proficiency in any editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Understanding of platform-specific trends and visual styles
• Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take feedback constructively

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI avatars, subtitles, or motion graphics
• Interest in legal/business topics or B2B content
• Basic storytelling or scriptwriting skills

Sikorsky Legal is seeking an experienced Part‑Time Video Editor to transform raw social‑media footage into polished, engaging videos for personal‑brand projects and Sikorsky Legal’s corporate channels.
 

Key requirements

• Proven experience editing short‑form content for personal brands and corporate channels
• Expert‑level proficiency in industry‑standard editing software
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual style across formats
• Fluent English for creating and proofreading multilingual subtitles

Plus

• Experience producing video content for legal or consulting sectors
   

Main responsibilities

• Edit 30s–3 min videos optimized for Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, addressing both personal‑brand and Sikorsky Legal needs
• Apply color correction, audio cleanup and basic motion graphics (titles, lower thirds)
• Create subtitles in English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Incorporate feedback from marketing and content teams and iterate quickly

You’ll partner closely with our marketing and content teams to craft a cohesive brand look that resonates across Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok and beyond.
 

Key requirements

• 1+ years designing for B2B clients (media, consulting or similar)
• Mastery of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong grasp of grid systems, typography and visual hierarchy
• Ability to develop and apply brand guidelines (colors, fonts, iconography)
• Ability to adapt style for different platforms and audiences
   

Main responsibilities

• Package and format content for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Create and maintain core visual identity elements (color palette, typography, graphic style)

You’ll ensure a steady stream of high‑quality posts, spark conversations and track results — always in lockstep with our design and content teams.

• Proven experience managing personal or corporate social accounts
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience tone and content strategy
