    About Shreddo

Shreddo is revolutionizing the ski industry with the first unified platform for ski-lift tickets. Our sleek interface lets skiers search, compare live prices, and book passes for mountains worldwide in under 30 seconds. With our SkiPass API, we’re building the essential infrastructure for the ski ecosystem—much like Booking.com did for travel. We empower resorts to grow revenue through dynamic pricing and global distribution. Our mission: make getting to the mountains as easy as booking a flight.

    The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven User Acquisition Manager to lead our paid growth as we gear up for launch. You’ll own strategy and execution across Google Ads and programmatic display/retargeting, building and scaling a high-quality user base. As a key member of the founding team, you’ll have outsized impact and a clear path to grow into Head of Marketing as the company scales. While this role focuses on paid acquisition, familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus for collaboration with content and product.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive rapid, efficient user growth.
    • Own Google Ads end-to-end: high-intent search, display, and remarketing (incl. cart-abandoner flows).
    • Implement and optimize programmatic display retargeting: cross-device pixel setups, weather-triggered campaigns, and competitive conquesting.
    • Analyze performance, build acquisition dashboards and campaign performance reports, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation.
    • Partner with marketing/design to ship compelling ad copy, creative, and conversion-focused landing pages.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years in user acquisition/growth for a consumer product with a proven track record.
    • Deep expertise in Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) and hands-on experience with programmatic/retargeting platforms.
    • Strong analytical chops (attribution, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC) and data-driven decision making.
    • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project ownership.
    • Nice to have: SEO familiarity; passion for skiing/snowboarding and understanding of the ski industry.

    About Shreddo

Shreddo is revolutionising with  the ski industry with the first unified platform for ski-lift tickets. Our sleek interface allows skiers to search, compare live prices, and book passes for mountains worldwide in under 30 seconds.

With our SkiPass API, we're becoming the essential infrastructure for the ski industry—similar to what Booking.com did for travel. We empower ski resorts to increase their revenue through dynamic pricing and global distribution.

We're on a mission to make accessing the mountains as easy as booking a flight, and we're looking for passionate people to join us.

    The Role

We’re seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to build and lead our social media strategy as we prepare for launch. You'll be the voice of Shreddo on all platforms, responsible for building an engaged community of skiers and snowboarders.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at creating authentic connections and driving brand love through innovative social campaigns. You will own our social presence end-to-end, with a focus on influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC).

    What You'll Do

    • Influencer Partnerships
Develop and execute a micro-influencer strategy.
Identify and build relationships with authentic voices (10k–50k followers) in the snow sports  community.
Prioritise  genuine engagement over celebrity endorsements using hashtag analysis and community listening.
    • User-Generated Content Engine
Launch and manage a UGC program that encourages our community to share their on-mountain moments.
Incentivise  content like slope selfies using branded hashtags, creating social proof and a vibrant community gallery.
    • Brand Narrative
Seamlessly integrate our Climate Change Protection narrative and brand values into campaigns and conversations.
    • Content Creation & Curation
Build a content calendar and produce engaging, original content (video, imagery, stories, and copy) that reflects the thrill of skiing and snowboarding.
    • Community Management
Engage with followers daily, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and inclusive online community.
    • Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse  key social media metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies.

    What You'll Need

    • 3–5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, with a proven ability to grow and engage communities.
    • Strong track record of micro-influencer campaigns, from strategy to execution.
    • Portfolio showcasing successful UGC initiatives you’ve led.
    • Deep passion for ski/snowboard culture you speak the language and live the lifestyle.
    • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Expert knowledge of major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.
