    On this journey, you will support the current initiatives of the AI team which range from projects in Risk review automation, Finance automation, Legal team automation, AI bots etc. It is a general Software Developer role where the candidate is expected to start any automation, coding initiative from beginning or support current initiatives. You will report to our Senior Manager AI & Strategy. Although the role is within the AI team, AI knowledge is not compulsory as it is a software development role and only usage of API’s related to AI tools is enough.

     

    • Collaborate with the business stakeholders and C-level executives
    • Collaborate with the project management to ensure deadlines are met
    • Lead technical meetings with other departments
    • Report weekly to the Senior Manager AI about the progress on the solutions

    Who and what we are after? 
     

    • 2-4 years of experience with Python for Software Development, Automation using Python code, Jupyter notebook, PyCharm/Visual studio IDE, GPT technologies - using only API’s.
    • Python/Flask/Django for Backend.
    • Html/CSS/Java Script to build Frontend from scratch.
    • Knowledge on Automation frameworks in python and data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy.

    The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical systems. Other responsibilities include the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security. 
     

    • Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical infrastructure resources 
    • Continuously analyse system performance in production and proactively identify areas in need of optimisation 
    • Own the process for responding to support escalations 
    • Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorised use 
    • Develop procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating systems and host-based applications.

    A taste of what you’ll do 
    The Application Support Engineer forms part of a specialist team providing technical support on the company production platforms, as well as continuously improving monitoring and process automation to meet and beat Service Level Agreements and oversee the CI/CD release process.  
     

     

    • Offer 2nd line technical support to the system applications, prioritizing and categorizing requests, troubleshooting, and solving issues in some cases creating scripts and SQL queries, escalating software and infrastructure problems, and overseeing cases are solved promptly within SLAs. 
    • Manage incidents and problems, driving improvements to avoid them, working on the quick restoration of service, work with other teams on fixing root causes, and provide the necessary Incident coordination and reporting. 
    • Develop and maintain application and business logic monitoring, taking a reactive approach to avoid issues and incidents, and meet system uptime and performance SLAs. 
    • Responsible for the Continuous integration/Continuous Delivery Release Management, as part of the software development lifecycle, assuring smooth rollouts of features, improvements, and fixes.  
    • Produce reports on SLAs, KPIs and Incident Management. 
    • Form part of a specialist’s tech support team, available 24/7 on-call rotation schedule 
    • Any other task/responsibility which may be related or connected to the role of Application Support Engineer. 

     

     

     

    Who and what we are after? 
     

    • University Diploma or Degree in a related ICT area of specialization, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role 
    • Good knowledge and experience in application management, 2nd line support and incident management, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
    • Fluent with Database Queries 
    • Knowledge of Release Management in a CI/CD and agile environment using tools such as GitHub 
    • Understanding of IT environments, including Virtualization, Application Servers, APIs, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana in a Linux working environment 
    • Scripting or programming experience, in languages like PHP, Bash and JavaScript will be considered a plus. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    As a Software QA Specialist, you will be responsible to work closely with Software Development Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers where you will be ensuring the highest quality of deliverables through the application of manual and automated tests. You will be defining and maintaining test cases while coming up with initiatives that improve test procedures.

     

    • Create, review, maintain and execute test plans and test cases
    • Establish and maintain test automation frameworks
    • Accomplish testing on both Web and Mobile App
    • Develop new automated tests and tools for our product’s frontend, backend APIs and other services
    • Identify product deficiencies and suggest solutions to ensure the highest quality for our products
    • Strive for the fastest feedback possible. Test parallelization should be a top priority
    • Able to challenge the Product Owner and Developers whenever required with the aim of achieving higher quality standards
    • Work with development teams throughout the entire development life cycle and perform planned and ad-hoc testing

    Who and what we are after?
     

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manual and 2 year experience in automation software QA (ideally Selenium)
    • Solid experience in Web and Mobile App testing is a must
    • Degree in Information Technology or another related field
    • Excellent knowledge of UX/UI testing and attention to details.
    • Solid knowledge of SQL
    • Good knowledge of version control systems
    • Proof of knowledge of Test Scenarios and Test Plans for any software project
    • Proof of working experience with Code development and API testing preferably using JS
    • Must be passion for being QA advocate to raise the bar for better quality gates
    • Self-motivated, fast learner and good level of analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work on your own initiative
    • Profound command of both verbal and written English
    • Experience working in a comparable role typically in iGaming would be considered an advantage
    • Possession of Foundation ISTQB certification is nice to have
