Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinate the work calendar, and oversee important dates and events.

- Plan and arrange both business and personal trips, including ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and transfer arrangements for the CEO and his family members.

- Assist in organizing meetings and negotiations.

- Complete personal tasks for the CEO and his family members, such as booking restaurant reservations, procuring items, and managing logistics and delivery-related matters, among other responsibilities.

- Provide information and support on various matters.

- Handle confidential information with discretion.

Our expectations:

- Fluent in English (negotiations, business correspondence).

- Previous work experience in positions such as travel manager and executive assistant.

- Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and tight deadlines.

- Driver's license and experience in driving.

- Skills in business self-presentation.

- Ability to travel to EU and non-EU countries.

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join us.

Servers.com is an international hosting provider with data centers in the US, Europe and Asia.

We provide reliable business solutions: dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services.

Clients use our services to deploy game servers, payment gateways, streaming services and other high-load systems.

Key tasks:

• providing network equipment administration at multiple data centers;
• performing the routine and emergency maintenance works on network equipment;
• dealing with requests from external and internal clients;

• directly participating in internal projects (developing network, connecting new locations, implementing new equipment, automation).

   

Requirements:

• proficiency in LAN/WAN principles;
• strong understanding of dynamic network protocols (BGP/OSPF);
• understanding L2-networking: VLANs, xSTP family, LACP, Redundancy (LACP/VRRP/etc);
• ability to perform basic network troubleshooting;
• English level sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with customers (Intermediate at least);

• ability to learn, communication skills, willingness to take in and analyze large amounts of new information (mostly technical in English).

   

Will be a plus:

• experience with network equipment from Extreme, Juniper or Nokia;
• EVPN and/or MPLS knowledge;
• certifications from network equipment and software vendors;

• experience in telecom and/or datacenter networking.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Servers.com, an international hosting provider, is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join us due to the extension of the support team.

​All tasks are performed through corporate software without physically accessing the servers.​

During our cooperation, you will learn:

• Linux basics.
• Dell and Supermicro server maintenance.
• Correspondence with clients.
• Basic concepts of RAID technologies.
• How to work with the internal automatic system.
• Basic customization of servers for clients’ needs.

Cooperation terms:

• Internship and training: the program will start with one month of training, followed by two months of internship, training and internships are paid.
• Remuneration: the level of payments is discussed individually.
