We are a fast-growing startup, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team and help us continue driving innovation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Owner with a technical background to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring our software meets the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can work in a fast-paced startup environment, and has experience with highly technical user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the development team to define product requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
• Act as the bridge between the technical team and customers, ensuring the software is aligned with customer needs and expectations.
• Work closely with developers to understand the technical aspects of the product, ensuring that stories and requirements are clear and actionable.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable features and improvements.
• Communicate product vision and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining a high level of product quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: minimum 5+ years in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development principles and ability to work closely with developers on highly technical stories.
• Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to translate customer asks and market needs into clear, actionable product stories.
• Communication: Fluent or intermediate English proficiency is required for communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Experience working in a startup environment, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into valuable software features.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the automotive industry or with visual inspection software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
