Your duties will be:

•Manage the day-to-day IT operations

•Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.

•Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope of project.

•Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

•Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

•Daily tracking of Developers productivity in Jira

•Cooperate with Creative Department to implement design patterns to IT Products in a way complied with Company’s handbook

•Cooperate with Logistics, Digital and DFA Departments to receive feedbacks and client’s requests

•Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer or Information Science-related field required.

•Work experience on similar position minimum 2 years in product company.

•Organized with attention to detail.

•Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.

•Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.

•Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

•Proficient with Jira and Atlassian

•Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails, video presentations 
•Сreate successful sales funnels to achieve personal and department’s sales targets
•Pre-sales and post-sales assistance to the clients
•Timely processing of leads on Company’s platform
•Track all sales activities in Company’s CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly
•Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
•Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in sales of IT products (API integrations, subscriptions, web integrations, etc)
•Minimum B2 level of written and spoken English
•Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices 
•Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
•Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
•Problem-solving aptitude
•Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information
•Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces

 Обо’язки (щодня / щотижня) 

1. Ведення облікових записів - Всього 11 облікових записів: Shiplot / SeaRates / AirRates / LandRates / Свій обліковий запис / Додатковий обліковий запис / 5 облікових записів тім лідів 
2. Контент-план - На тиждень - 5 постів у LinkedIn / Інстаграм / Фейсбук / Тредс / ТікТок / Х / Телеграм , 3 рілси в Instagram , 1 відео на YouTube , 1 email – розсилка 
3. Креативи - Статичні пости, сторіс , щоденна робота з дизайнерами зі створення обкладинок, банерів; вміння роботи в Canva / Figma + AI -інструменти вітається 
4. Рілси & відео - Сценарій → зйомка (ти в кадрі щонайменше 2 рази на тиждень) 
5. Соціальні мережі - Пости, статті, каруселі, опитування, коментарі під посадами лідерів галузі 
6. Email-розсилки - 1 лист/тиждень по кожному з 4-х проектів: кейси, оновлення платформи, галузеві інсайти 
7. Відгуки & кейси - Збирає у клієнтів, оформляє у PDF + картки для соцмереж 
8. Ньюсджекінг - Моніторит 10 галузевих сайтів (The Loadstar, FreightWaves , JOC, Air Cargo News та ін .) → вибирає 2–3 трендові новини (море/суша/повітря) → бере як контент для наших акаунтів 
9. Ком'юніті - Відповідає на всі коментарі/ DM не пізніше ніж протягом 2 год, веде чати в Telegram -групах, підключає АІ агента, налаштовує автоматизації. 
10. Групи та форуми - 5 продуманих коментарів/день у логістичних LinkedIn / Інстаграм /Фейсбук/ Тредс / ТікТок /Х/Телеграм -групах – завдання тригерити та залучати аудиторію. 
11. AI у роботі - MidJourney для візуалів, ChatGPT/Grok для чернеток, ElevenLabs для озвучки, Notion AI для планування і т.п. 

Кому підпорядковується 

Старшому контент-менеджеру та безпосередньо СЕО. На старті всі пости, рілси , листи – на погодження до публікації. Після випробувального – свобода публікацій у рамках брендбука 

Вимоги 

• Досвід SMM у B2B від 2 років (логістика/ІТ/ фінтех - плюс) 
• Впевнене володіння LinkedIn (особистий профіль > 2 000 підписників - плюс) 
• Навичка зйомки/монтажу коротких відео на телефон 
• Англійська B2- C1 (пишемо 90% контенту на англ.) 
• Розуміння воронки B2B -продажів (MQL → SQL) 
• Готовність бути «обличчям» бренду на кадрі 
• Вміння структурувати потреби бізнеса в ТЗ 
• KPI: 150 лідів /квартал з органіки + зростання охоплення на 30% + кількість автоматизацій 

Буде плюсом 

• Досвід у логістиці (експедитор, 3PL , митниця) 
• Навички copywriting для cold email 
• Знання SEO / SEM для просування кейсів 
• Сертифікати Meta Blueprint / Google Analytics 
• Наявність ФОП - 3я група 

 Умови працевлаштування 

• Робота в офісі в Одесі (стадіон Чорноморець) Пн-Пт, 10.00-18.00 .  
• Після випробувального можливий гібридний формат роботи, але не в дні зйомок  
• Випробувальний термін 3 місяці  
• 20 робочих днів відпустки на рік
