Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience in outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
- Understanding of the full recruitment cycle and candidate journey.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment reporting.
- Hands-on sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms).
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).
