We are looking for experienced C++ developer who will perform the following during the work on our project:

- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code

- Work closely with the software development team to develop new products

- Suggest and implement improvements on existing products

- Work on extensions of existing products

- Work on algorithm complexities

- Attend meetings with the team (Scrum meetings, C++ discussions)

- Consult with internal stakeholders to determine the scope of software development tasks

- Perform basic diagnostic tests and debugging procedures for finished tasks

- Document processes and maintain software development records

- Make code reviews of the tasks done by the team

- Keep up to date with C++ standards and advancements in application development

- Code restructuring automated testing

We expect our candidate to be familiar with:

- C++ standards and specifications

- creating algorithms and implement them using C++

- deploying software across a variety of platforms and operating systems

- Qt, VTK, CMake

Being a part of Swissmeda AG team you will be working closely with the Product Management team in order to design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

Specific responsibilities we expect our candidate to work with:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Line Manager, Business Analysts and the software development team 

- Conduct user research and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions.

- Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behavior 

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and flow diagrams/wireframes [MP1] and prototypes

- Create style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces (prototypes) that are ready to be used by the development team 

- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components that can be used by the development team 

- Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience and iterate based on user feedback

- Analyse implemented designs and propose improvements based on the analysis 

- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

The ideal candidate for us has:

- experience with tools like Figma, Axure, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, etc.

- the ability to create or tailor the application layout to different devices: mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers, etc.

- experience of creating UI designs that adhere to existing customers brand guidelines.

- experience of customer brand identity and logos creation

- the ability to provide high fidelity prototypes with all UI visuals and iconography to developers

- the ability to document, analyze and develop user flows

- understanding of key UX principles and research methodologies

- Upper-Intermediate English

Will be a plus: ability to create basic animations
