    Rondesignlab is looking for a skilled LeadGen / LinkedIn Engagement Specialist with strategic thinking and a strong understanding of LinkedIn as a tool for building meaningful relationships with potential clients. 

     

    You will join the Sales Team and be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads to convert them into loyal clients.

     

    Depending on your career goals, you can grow vertically to BDM / SDR / Sales positions or develop in PR and company branding. 

     

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement, preferably within a B2B context
    • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Tools
    • Experience with CRM-systems
    • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English level
    • Experience with Western companies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    As a plus:

    • Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies
    • Understanding the principles of web design development

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and form the ICP on LinkedIn
    • Create the LinkedIn lead generation strategy and test hypothesis
    • Form outreach lists and communication plan according to ICP
    • Qualification of the potential customers based on ICP
    • Arrange the initial Leads / Clients contacts
    • Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
    • Close cooperation with the Sales team
    • Regular communication with clients and follow-ups.
