What you’ll be doing:

• Generating and testing hypotheses and bundles;

• Building funnels, optimizing campaigns, and keeping ROI positive;

• Analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling;

• Working with anti-detect tools, auto-launch systems, and tracking platforms;

• Setting up efficient processes so the team runs smoothly;

• Building and growing your own team of media buyers;

• Managing people and processes, and establishing reporting systems;

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in iGaming (must-have);

• Strong media buying expertise with FB;

• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to market changes;

• Strong visual sense and a good eye for creatives;

• Experience managing budgets of $5,000/day+ and solid understanding of unit economics;
