What you’ll be doing:

• Build and grow your own team of buyers;

• Manage people and processes, set up reporting;

• Generate and test hypotheses/angles;

• Build funnels, optimize campaigns, and keep ROI positive;

• Analyze data, find growth points, and scale;

• Work with antidetect tools, auto-launch systems, and tracking platforms;

• Set up workflows so the team runs like clockwork.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in iGaming verticals (must-have);

• Strong knowledge of media buying and deep expertise in at least one traffic source (FB, PPC, push, in-app, or others);

• Strategic thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to the market;

• Good creative eye and strong feel for what works;

• Experience managing budgets of $5,000+/day and solid understanding of unit economics.
