Position Overview

We're seeking an automation developer for two primary focus areas: 1) Leading code generation initiatives using AI tools to establish best practices for AI-assisted development, and 2) Developing custom agentic n8n automations that integrate AI capabilities for intelligent business process automation. You'll transform user stories into both generated code solutions and intelligent automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead code generation initiatives using AI tools and establish best practices for AI-assisted development
• Develop custom agentic n8n automations that integrate AI capabilities for intelligent decision-making
• Convert user stories and business requirements into effective prompts for code generation
• Design human-in-the-loop frameworks for reviewing and refining generated code
• Create testing protocols for AI-generated code and automations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated solutions

Required Skills

• Proficiency with n8n automation platform and developing agentic workflows
• Strong experience with prompt engineering and AI code generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with code testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Understanding of API integrations and webhook configurations
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python and LangChain ecosystem tools (LangSmith, LangServe, etc.)
• Background in AI agent development or LLM application building
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex n8n workflows integrating AI services, APIs, and business applications
• Build agentic automations with intelligent decision-making using AI nodes and custom functions
• Create multi-step workflows with conditional logic, error handling, and monitoring systems
• Implement AI-powered data processing pipelines using embeddings, RAG, and LLM integrations
• Develop custom n8n nodes when standard functionality doesn't meet requirements
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into automated solutions

Required Skills

• 2+ years hands-on n8n experience with advanced workflow design
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for custom n8n functions and node development
• Strong experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI) into workflows
• Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, authentication methods, and data transformation
• Experience with database operations, error handling, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with version control and n8n deployment practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with self-hosted n8n deployments and Python for data processing
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and cloud AI services

Position Overview:

We are looking for a former web developer, software engineer, or computer science student who understands web development and tech stacks and wants to make an impact in Sales and Marketing. This role is crucial for our success, as it involves writing tailored cover letters, submitting applications, and responding to interested prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation is hourly with a bonus for every qualified meeting booked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover Letter Creation: Write and customize cover letters for job applications in key categories on Upwork, ensuring they align with the specific requirements of each job posting
• Job Application Submission: Utilize our proprietary solution to streamline the submission of job applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Client Interaction: Respond to inquiries from interested prospects, providing them with relevant information and engaging in follow-up communication as needed
• Weekly Reporting: Generate and analyze weekly reports to evaluate performance metrics, discussing results with the team to identify areas for improvement and success

Requirements:

• Former web developer, software engineer, or computer science student with a strong understanding of web development and technology stacks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write compelling and customized cover letters
• Familiarity with Upwork and its platform
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using project management and communication tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in bidding and securing projects on Upwork or similar platforms
• Understanding of software development processes
• Ability to quickly learn with our proprietary solution (training will be provided)
